Kerastase Blond Absolu Bain Cicaextreme Shampoo, £20.05

“Despite only discovering this recently, it’s already become a permanent staple in my haircare routine. A shampoo cream, the eucalyptus scent is addictive, and the formula is designed to nourish and brighten dyed, blonde hair. In the past, ‘blonde treatments’ have sometimes caused more issues with yellowing, but this one is the opposite. Using cleansing agents, hyaluronic acid and nutritive lipids – the latter of which are found in hair naturally – it nourishes, prevents breakage and lifts colour. Hair looks healthier and fuller, while strands are softer with visible shine.”

Natasha Denona Puff Paint Liquid Blush Serum, £24

“This new liquid blush serum is suitable for all skin types. Its thin texture is easy to work with – whether you want to layer it up for richer pigment, or sheer it out for more of a subtle, healthy flush. The hydrating formula offers thirsty skin instant relief – and it never leaves you feeling tight or dry, thanks to nourishing ingredients like glycerin. Even so, you’ll find it stays on the skin for hours with a satin-y dry down. There are only three shades available, but every single one is flattering. ‘Darya’, a fresh pink-y coral, is my favourite, while ‘Bloom’ is a beautiful berry tone for those with darker complexions.”

Le Labo Cedrat 37, £224

“Le Labo fragrances are so popular, but this one stands out from the crowd. The main note ‘Cedrat’ – or citron (lemon) – is what makes it so zesty, but it’s not too sharp or overbearing. The ginger balances it by offering a masculine element that’s both musky and cosy. It’s the perfect post-summer scent. Like all their city exclusives, this scent will only be available during the month of September, so don’t miss it if you’re tempted.”

SAIE Slip Tint Dewy Tinted Moisturiser, £27

“It’s no secret this is one of my favourite make-up brands to have launched in the last two years. Everything they release is spot on, and this new skin tint is no exception. Offering just enough coverage, the formula is flexible, so it never feels dry or tight on your skin, while the added hyaluronic acid lends some much needed hydration. The extra skincare benefits are so satisfying – think broad-spectrum protection, added liquorice to brighten and aloe vera to take down any inflammation. The packaging is recyclable, too – what’s not to love?”

Aromatherapy Associates The Atomiser, £120

“I’m trying to prioritise my self-care these days – which is where this atomiser from Aromatherapy Associates comes into its own. I use it every night before bed to help me drift off. The scents are incredible, and they linger long after the atomiser has gone out.”

Dove Skin Glow Oil in Milk Body Lotion, £7.69

“Anything with the word ‘glow’ in it catches my eye, and this silky lotion didn’t disappoint. As soon as I put it on my skin, my body felt so nourished, while the subtle sheen is unbeatable – and it isn’t sticky either. The scent is incredible – like a beautiful, expensive fragrance.”

Available at Boots.com

Lancôme Teint Idole Ultra Wear All Over Concealer, £21.25

“If, like me, you tend to use your concealer all over your face, you’ll love this formula. It’s quick and easy to apply, and the coverage is flawless – especially if you want to conceal specific areas or uneven tone. The applicator is brilliant, too, as it allows you to push the formula right into the skin for a more even finish. Plus, it’s one of the longest-lasting formulas I’ve tried in a long time.”

Available at Boots.com

Vieve Skin Nova, £27

“This new primer quickly became a staple in my make-up bag. It’s great for this time of year when your complexion needs a quick pick-me-up. Packed with skin-loving ingredients, it hydrates, primes and illuminates, while also smoothing the skin so you don’t need any base make-up on top.”

Bare by Vogue Liquid Body Illuminator, £22.50

“Don’t believe fake tan is only for summer – they really come into their own as the weather changes. I’ve long been a fan of Vogue Williams’ tanning range for its natural caramel colours and idiot-proof application, and my latest obsession this instant illuminator. Even when I’m dressed head to toe in winter clothes, I know I’ll still reach for this – if only to add a sun-kissed glow to the smallest bit of exposed skin.”

Available at BareByVogue.co.uk

Diptyque Venise EDP, £70

“It’s always exciting to discover a new fragrance and this one from Diptyque’s limited edition Grand Tour collection is one of the best I’ve come across in a while. Inspired by the sights, sounds and scents of Venice – think vegetable gardens by the lagoon, a Mediterranean-scented breeze and dappled light reflecting off the water – it’s a haze of tangy green notes from tomatoes and citrus fruits muddled with a deeply earthy, herbal scent. The result is super fresh and clean – perfect for those early autumn days when you want something crisp but not cloying. Hurry up and get it before it’s gone.”

Available at DiptyqueParis.com

Dr Barbara Sturm Super Anti-Ageing Eye Cream, £110

“I’m really fussy about eye creams because so many over promise and under deliver, but I’ve struck gold with this one. It contains a host of botanical extracts to address things like dark circles, puffiness and sagging skin, but it’s also full of hyaluronic acid and nourishing lipids to rescue and revive any dry, crepe-y skin. After using it consistently, I can report my eyes look much fresher, the skin looks a little more lifted and it actually looks like I’ve had a good night’s sleep (even when I haven’t).”

Irene Forte Age-Defying Lift Hibiscus Serum, £129

“I discovered this brand earlier this year and have fallen head over heels in love with its ethos, as much as its products. Founded by wellness consultant and holistic beauty advocate Irene Forte, the range uses many of the ingredients grown on the Forte family’s organic farm in Sicily. This serum is formulated with the brand’s signature Myoxinol complex, which is extracted from hibiscus seeds, and addresses fine lines and wrinkles by boosting collagen and elastin and strengthening skin’s integral structure. I love how the beautiful ingredients really make the formula sing and a total pleasure to use, plus it leaves my skin feeling immediately more supple and plump.”

Chanel L’Eau De Mousse Water-To-Foam Cleanser, £40

“I find this is very gentle micellar water foaming cleanser perfect for my sensitive skin  – the plant derived cleansing agents remove any impurities from the skin without the need for scrubbing or rubbing – also, the scent is heavenly.”

Available at JohnLewis.com

Hermès Lipstick in Orange Brûlé, £62

“If you want an autumnal, orange-toned lipstick, this is the shade for you. It isn’t the bright, flaming oranges we’ve seen before; instead it’s dusty and deep, but extremely rich in colour. I love the formula as you can either wear it as a crisp, sharp colour, or pressed or buffed into the lips for a more muted effect.”

Available at Hermes.com

Jones Road Miracle Balm in Sunkissed Gorgee De Soleil, £34

“This has to be one of the most beautiful products around and it’s a firm favourite in my kit and personal makeup bag. It can be used all over the skin for a veil of glowing colour, or as a contour or bronzer in place of blusher. It looks so natural and it gives skin a youthful, glossy glow.”

Available at JonesRoadBeauty.com

Ultra Violette Queen Screen Lightweight Skinscreen SPF50, £36

“This is a new discovery for me, but I absolutely love it. A super-lightweight SPF, it’s entirely invisible, leaving no residue at all on your skin, making it perfect for everyday wear. It sits well underneath make-up, too.”
