As part of the collaboration, Scott’s bar has created an exclusive cocktail imagined by Louboutin. The ‘Champgillon’ is made with Konik’s Tail vodka, raspberry syrup, Orgeat syrup and a dash of lemon juice, topped with champagne and six mint leaves. Ruinart rosé will also be available to order on the picture-perfect terrace.
