THE COOKBOOK:

Róhe

Dutch fashion brand Róhe has launched a cookbook. Featuring 30 classic Dutch recipes, reimagined for today, the book was created in the kitchen of Huis de Vicq, a 17th-century residence and the Róhe creative space that serves as both the brand’s HQ and source of inspiration. Focusing on robust, honest ingredients that have defined the Dutch table for generations (hearty grains, root vegetables, fresh fish) these dishes speak to a tradition born from simplicity. Each recipe is developed to be both approachable and layered, simple yet full of flavour. The whole book reflects a culture that values modesty, resourcefulness and the beauty of letting ingredients speak for themselves.

THE RESTAURANT:

Martino’s

Following the runaway success of London hotspot The Dover, Martin Kuczmarski has announced two openings, which both celebrate his signature blend of old-school hospitality, elegance and timeless design. Open now on Sloane Square, Martino’s channels the spirit of 1960s Italian trattorias. Designed by Milanese designers Studio Drago, the space moves seamlessly from breakfast to lunch, through to classic Italian aperitivo hour and candlelit dinners over short rib ragù tagliatelle, seafood fritto misto and meatballs zupetta. Then, opening today just a few doors down from The Dover, is Dover Street Counter. This new space aims to bring a more playful, rebellious energy to the street and will be a neighbourhood hangout inspired by counter-style dining in late 50s Los Angeles.

THE COFFEE TABLE BOOK:

Guerlain: Visionary Since 1828

For nearly 200 years, Guerlain has operated with a daring blend of tradition and innovation. A true pioneer in beauty, the maison introduced the first lipstick in a tube, redefined the art of eyeliner with kohl, created the first serum and gave glow a name with its iconic Terracotta bronzing powder. New Assouline book Guerlain: Visionary Since 1828 has been compiled by French fashion journalist and author Antigone Schilling, who uncovers the spirit of invention and elegance that defines Guerlain. The book features a rich illustrated journey, filled with the evocative sketches and illustrations that defined iconic advertisements in the 19th and 20th centuries, along with contemporary collaborations with current artists and creators.

THE SCENT:

Acqua Di Parma Antelao

Acqua di Parma journeys to the Dolomites for its new holiday collection, with Antelao – one of the region’s most iconic peaks – as its symbolic guide. The new-look candles and diffusers come in seasonal scents such as Bosco, Panettone, and the newly introduced Torrone, all housed in brushed-effect porcelain vessels, finished with a hand-applied pennellato texture, and capped with engraved wood lids that double as display bases. Torrone captures the indulgence of winter with notes of toasted pistachio, sesame and creamy nougat; Bosco channels the alpine forest with fir needles, eucalyptus and clove; while Panettone reimagines Milan’s iconic dessert with sparkling citrus and warm vanilla.

THE WINTER COLLABORATION:

Moncler x Jil Sander

Moncler and Jil Sander have collaborated on a collection that blends Moncler’s alpine heritage with Jil Sander’s precise, sculptural design. Drawing inspiration from the natural world, the line showcases rounded, voluminous silhouettes from bulbous outerwear to dome-shaped skirts crafted in natural fibres including double wool, washed cotton twill and long-haired wool. Each piece is layered with Moncler’s signature down for warmth and fluid movement, while a circular silver-tone pin offers a subtle nod to the Moncler logo.
