TRY AUSSIE WINES: Penfolds Pop-Up At Harrods
Australian wine brand Penfolds has opened a retro-style pop-up at Harrods. Running until the end of May, shoppers can try free samples of wine and take part in an immersive experience. Start in the interactive cockpit to learn about the new bottles, before visiting the gifting station and finishing with a wine tasting of three Penfolds wines: Bin 389 Cabernet Shiraz, Bin 311 and Bin 8. The whole experience has been designed by illustrator Jason Solo for those all-important Instagram shots.

TRY A NEW WORKOUT: FloatFit HIIT & Recovery Brunch At Haymarket Hotel
On Sunday 22nd May at 10.15am and 11.15am, water-based fitness group Aquaphysical will host two workout sessions at Haymarket Hotel’s pool. Designed for all fitness levels, the FloatFit HIIT works to build aerobic fitness and increase muscular strength. During the 30-minute session, you’ll perform a range of exercises on a floating exercise mat, followed by a ‘recovery brunch’ at the hotel’s Brumus restaurant. Tuck into dishes like granola with yogurt and berries, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on rye toast, and sweetcorn chilli fritters with avocado and poached eggs. If you can’t make it this weekend, there are also sessions taking place on Saturday 5th and 19th June. Tickets cost £45pp.

VISIT THIS COOL EXHIBITION: Charlie French At Fair Shot Café
Fair Shot, the social enterprise café that provides training and employment for young adults with learning disabilities, has opened an exhibition by Charlie French – a 30-year-old artist with Down’s syndrome. The show will help increase awareness around equal employment opportunities and all works are available to purchase to raise funds for the Fair Shot charity. Celebrated for his colourful abstract paintings, Charlie has installed eight paintings in the café, all inspired by his trips to Paris.

ORDER SUSHI: Magic Of The Blossom Dragon At The Ivy Asia
The Ivy Asia has created a menu to celebrate Japan’s cherry blossom season. Until Tuesday 7th June at Ivy restaurants in Chelsea, St Paul’s and Guildford, diners can try sushi dishes with sake pairings, plus limited-edition cocktails. The menu includes yellowtail sashimi and truffle salad, seared wagyu beef barbecue glazed rolls, spicy tuna and sesame rolls, and salmon tartare with nigiri and sushi rolls. Order the ‘Japanese 135 Spritz’ (made with gin, rhubarb puree, raspberries and elderflower tonic) and treat yourself to the blossom-themed cherry cheesecake.

GO OUT OUT: Pandora’s Box By Honey Dijon At Koko
Koko in Camden has just reopened its doors, and that’s where DJ Honey Dijon will take to the decks tonight for a one-off performance. During ‘Pandora’s Box’, you can expect an immersive show with neon lighting, dancers, special effects and house tunes all night. One of only a few British DJs to still mix with vinyl, Honey fuses European dance influences with a distinct New York edge – expect upbeat tunes you can dance all night to.
