FEAST HERE: Claw

Starting this Sunday, casual seafood joint Claw will be offering a weekly ‘Sunday Seafood Feast’. Combining the restaurant’s seafood expertise with a traditional Sunday roast, the feasting experience will consist of roasted day boat fish and shellfish, served with all the typical roast sides, from truffle and raclette cauliflower cheese to roasted potatoes and seasonal greens. Consisting of two courses for £25pp, starters will include a selection of weekly specials, such as taramasalata with sourdough and mixed fish tempura with mojo verde. Sounds delicious.

To celebrate its fifth birthday, The King of Soho has created a ‘Gin Palace’ – a place to indulge in delicious gin-based drinks, small plates and live entertainment. Open for six weeks, #21Soho will offer an insight into the playground of entertainment legend Paul Raymond, whose legacy was the inspiration behind the brand. Featuring a leopard-print throne, vibrant décor and Soho memorabilia, guests are invited to be seen on ‘the scene’ – on Friday nights, comedy, burlesque, live music and ‘Adult Story Time’ will all be on offer. Throughout the week, gin lovers can also participate in experiential gin masterclasses.

WATCH DIRTY DANCING HERE: Lost Boys Pizza

Inspired by cult classic vampire movie The Lost Boys and famous for its black charcoal pizza, killer cocktails and a strictly-80s soundtrack, Lost Boys Pizza in Archway is hosting a series of sip-a-long film screenings throughout November and December. This weekend, get ready for the time of your life as the team screens Dirty Dancing. GET SPICY HERE: Santo Remedio Pop-Up

Top Mexican chef Pedro Evia has teamed up with Borough restaurant Santo Remedio for a month-long pop-up celebrating all things Mexico. The award-winning K’u’uk founder has devised a five-course tasting menu, showcasing his modern take on traditional Yucatan cuisine: think scallop ceviche negro, made with dried chillies, annatto, allspice, cloves and cinnamon; and venison in a Yacatan plum pipian. Traditional Mayan herbs will be used to create cocktails to pair alongside the dishes.

Soane’s Kitchen, the latest project by London’s go-to catering company Social Pantry, has launched a bottomless musical brunch each Sunday. The new menu offers dishes such as bloody Mary beans with labneh and poached egg; and eggs benedict croissant with rocket. Alongside bottomless drinks and a bloody Mary station, guests can expect views across the restaurant’s kitchen garden and the grounds of Pitzhanger Manor. GET REBELLIOUS HERE: Veuve Clicquot’s Widows Series

This weekend, Veuve Clicquot presents ‘Rebels’, the fourth instalment of the Widow Series – an annual creative event which pays homage to the revolutionary founder of the House, Madame Clicquot. Launching tonight and taking place over three evenings, the event celebrates and explores radical moments in British culture under the creative narration of Tom Hingston. Brought to life across six rooms, Rebels will host collaborations from photographic and filmmaking duo Warren Du Preez & Nick Thornton Jones, installation artists Rebecca Louise Law and Anna Burns, James Lavelle, and Joe Goddard of Hot Chip. Framed as a metaphorical nightclub, Rebels embraces music, fashion, film and installation to tell the story of a revolution. We’re truly intrigued.

GET CURIOUS HERE: Google Curiosity Rooms

To celebrate the launch of the new Google Pixel 3 smartphone, Google is creating a hub of discovery in Piccadilly Circus, aimed at encouraging Londoners to unlock their curiosity via a string of free talks, workshops, podcasts and special events. From today until 16th December, Google will take over the three-storey 55 Regent Street and invites visitors to use the Pixel 3 to unveil a series of interactive experiences, where fashion, food, music and art collide in a familiar yet unexpected way.
