Located on Broadwick Street in the heart of Soho and with plenty of tables available for walk-ins, Miznon is the perfect spot for a chilled Friday dinner with friends or a midnight snack on a Saturday – it’s open until 11pm.

The British Museum’s summer exhibition, Feminine Power, explores the women we’ve worshipped throughout the ages, from witches and evil temptresses through to goddesses. From Sekhmet, the ancient Egyptian goddess of annihilation, whose amulets were carried for protection, to Guanyin, the Buddhist embodiment of compassion, discover the spiritual forces who have influenced our lives for millennia. The exhibition – for which tickets must be bought in advance – is enhanced with insights from the likes of Mary Beard, Elizabeth Day and Bonnie Greer.
