Head Chef Joe Albina has created a menu starting with asparagus with hollandaise sauce, lamb fritters with anchovy mayo and pickled shallots, or scallops with pommes purée. Then, diners can enjoy a beef or pork Sunday roast with all the trimmings, followed by a classic apple tarte tatin or chocolate fondant. Mums will also go home with a complimentary box of macarons.

Pasta Evangelists is offering a two-hour workshop at its pasta school.
