BRUNCH HERE: INO Gastrobar

The perfect spot for a lazy Saturday brunch with friends, INO has a new menu that will hit the spot. Taking inspiration from the classic Greek taverna – with a nod to American classics – tuck into small plates like taramasalata with bottarga and pitta bread, octopus tacos and gyros flatbread with iberico ham, tomato and olive oil. Larger dishes include homemade onion-marmalade pork sausages with a side of tzatziki and mac and cheese cooked over charcoal, topped with truffle. To drink, take your pick from Greek-inspired cocktails (we recommend the Athens Spritz), barrel-aged drinks and grapefruit sodas.

GET YOUR CULTURE FIX: Much Ado About Nothing

What better way to mark the Globe’s 25th anniversary and the theatre’s first full summer season since 2019 with a new iteration of Shakespeare’s beloved romantic comedy. Bringing the sparring of Beatrice and Benedick to the stage once more, this new production is headed up by Lucy Bailey, whose take on Shakespeare’s tragedy Titus Andronicus back in 2014 was so frightening, several in the audience reportedly fainted. A fun and light-hearted production, Much Ado About Nothing is the perfect way to dip your toe into a spot of culture this weekend – plus, standing tickets start from just £5.
