Upstairs at Langan’s, Mayfair
Langan’s Brasserie has opened an exclusive late-night bar for members on the top floor of its restaurant. Open until 3am from Tuesdays to Sundays, guests can listen to the house band and DJs while enjoying cocktails and small plates from the bar. Taking its inspiration from the iconic Studio 54, with crimson walls, red velvet sofas and a bespoke bar made with ceramic spheres and covered in red marble, there’s even a gloss red ceiling which reflects against the cool 70-style lighting to take guests back to the disco era. In terms of drinks, the cocktail list pays homage to famous guests from the 80s, like Mick Jagger, and has plenty of classic options, too. Guests can also order dishes from the restaurant downstairs, like truffle croque monsieur, yellowfin tuna, filet mignon, plus a selection from the raw seafood bar.

From the same team behind Gleneagles in Scotland and the Hoxton hotels, Maison Estelle is housed in a grade II-listed building on Grafton Street. One of the most exclusive clubs on this list, details remain a tightly kept secret, but we do know that the space has a restaurant, several bars, and a nightclub where DJs set the vibe with carefully curated playlists. Home House, Marylebone
Home House comprises three Georgian properties, including House 21 which has recently undergone a significant renovation. The plush interiors have been designed by Russell Sage Studios and there are now two relaxed spaces, two bars, a dancefloor, a private dining room and a collection of opulent bedrooms. There’s also an impressive gym and spa – complete with a sauna, steam room and relaxation room – plus a late-night underground bar, four connecting drawing rooms, and beautifully landscaped gardens. Non-members can experience Home House by booking an overnight stay.

Oscars, Mayfair
If your idea of a great night involves dinner and drinks while a DJ spins house music on the decks, Oscars is the name to know. Inspired by the luxury beach clubs across the Mediterranean – like Scorpios in Mykonos – the venue has an upstairs restaurant where diners can enjoy pan-Asian dishes like sushi, sashimi, miso black cod, wagyu beef, and mochi balls for dessert. There’s also a nightclub downstairs which is open until 3am on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Here, you can dance to world-class DJs and order classic cocktails from the bar. Right now, the venue is open to all guests, before memberships start later in April – so don’t miss the chance to try before you buy.

Nikita, Mayfair
Nikita is one of the coolest new openings in the capital. The décor was designed by Victoria Vogel, and features heavy patterned fabrics, comfortable booths upholstered in velvet, and designer furniture and art by Harif Guzman. During the day, events and wine tastings take place, before the lamp-lit tables provide the perfect backdrop to intimate dinners. Members can enjoy curated playlists and DJ sets in the main lounge, while enjoying food from SL favourite Comptoir Robuchon – think caviar with champagne, individual patisserie treats and a selection of classic French dishes.
USP: Sister restaurant Mister Nice is set to open this spring – members will be able to walk through a secret passageway into the venue for priority access to tables.

The Twenty Two, Mayfair
The Twenty Two is a luxury hotel with a members club. An Edwardian building on Grosvenor Square, the property has been carefully restored to keep plenty of the original architectural features intact, including a grand staircase. Members will have priority access to 31 bedrooms and suites in the main building. The members' club has a stylish cocktail bar, an all-day lounge, an outdoor terrace that overlooks Grosvenor Square, and an evening dining room with a covered outdoor terrace for private dinners – Natalia Miyar is behind the interiors.
USP: Hotel guests can also make use of the club facilities, including four bars which have an extensive range of the brand’s own spirits and low-ABV alternatives. The food – and we have it on good authority – is pretty spectacular, too.

The Other House, Kensington
The Other House is due to open two sites this spring – Covent Garden and Kensington. Details are still strictly under wraps, but we do know the Kensington site has undergone an extensive renovation over the last few years. Members can stay in ‘Club Flats’ – serviced apartments and private homes with all the luxury extras you’d get at a hotel – for one night or as long as a year. Flats will have Amazon and Deliveroo lockers, fridges stocked with guests’ favourite Ocado groceries, and access to a fitness studio, restaurant, bar and cinema.
USP: Guests can organise details of their stay through an app, from restaurant reservations and room service to PTs and babysitters.
