D&D London’s Avenue has spiced up its brunch menu. Now with an Asian and South American focus on flavours, new Saturday and Sunday staples include lobster mac ‘n’ cheese, and a buttermilk chicken and kimchi burger. Fear not, bottomless fizz and Bloody Marys remain – for an additional £18pp.

Bala Baya, Southwark
This Sunday, Bala Baya will be introducing a bottomless Tel Aviv-style roast (that means no gravy or Yorkshire puddings) to accompany its more traditional brunch menu. Available to order together, new dishes include the ‘shank deluxe’, a lamb shank on top of garlic artichoke puree, grilled tomatoes, tomato crisps and coffee-infused tomato jam, alongside steak and eggs and blackberry pitta French toast.

Canto Corvino, Shoreditch
From 17th March, this Italian spot in Spitalfields will host bottomless brunch each Saturday. As well as Italian twists on breakfast classics (its eggs Benedict features grilled mortadella) the menu also features the likes of pig’s head and truffle spaghetti carbonara, and Portland crab Caesar salad. A two-course set menu with 1.5h of unlimited prosecco starts at £35pp.

This Old Street eatery has introduced a family-style Italian feasting menu. Dishes on offer include the likes of ricotta pancakes with mascarpone and blueberry compote, and wild boar ragu on toast. In celebration, the restaurant will serve up complimentary mimosas with brunch on 17th March and Bloody Marys with roasts on 18 March. Saluti!

This weekend sees the City members’ club launch a brand-new brunch menu. Served in the stylish Brasserie, dishes range from classic smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on sourdough to truffled mac ‘n’ cheese with short-rib beef (served from the trolley).
