The brand operates a clear 28-day return policy starting from the date your parcel is delivered or collected. To qualify for a full refund, all clothing, footwear, and accessories must be completely unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all designer tags securely attached.
For quick processing, Reiss requests that garments be returned inside their original clear plastic packaging bags. Certain items are strictly excluded from change-of-mind returns for hygiene reasons, which includes opened fragrance, cosmetics, underwear, swimwear, and pierced jewelry.
