Delivery and returns
Delivery options
Standard UK delivery takes 3 to 5 working days and costs £3.95. This service is free if your order total exceeds £100. If you require your items sooner, Next Working Day delivery is available for £6.95, provided you place your order before 6:00 PM between Sunday and Thursday. Alternatively, a free Click & Collect service is available to mainland UK boutiques, which usually takes 3 to 5 days.
Returns policy
Customers have 28 days from receipt to return unwanted, unworn items with the original tags attached. Online returns from within the UK are free and managed via the brand's digital returns portal, where you can generate a label for Royal Mail, Evri, or InPost. For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned unless faulty. Gift boxes and gift wrapping are also non-refundable.

Does Mint Velvet offer a student discount?
Mint Velvet offers a 10% student discount, but it is currently only valid in standalone physical boutiques. You must present a valid NUS card at the till. This discount cannot be applied to online orders.
Do NHS staff get a discount?
Yes. Blue Light Card members are eligible for a 10% discount on full-priced items. You can access this by logging into the Blue Light platform and generating a unique promo code to apply at the Mint Velvet checkout.
Can I try items on before paying?
Yes. Mint Velvet offers a "Try Before You Buy" service for UK mainland customers. You can order up to 10 items without an upfront charge (excluding the delivery fee). You have five days to try the pieces at home, after which your card is charged only for the items you decide to keep.
Can I return boutique purchases online?
No. Items purchased in a physical Mint Velvet boutique cannot be returned through the online returns portal. They must be taken back to a standalone store.
