What’s New In Interiors This Month
David Netto for Soane Britain
This week, rattan expert Soane Britain will launch its collection with American interior designer David Netto. Netto is known for glamorous, modernist interiors that exude warmth and humour, and the range is a natural extension of the bespoke designs he has made for his clients over the years. Nine designs combine Soane Britain’s value of craftsmanship with David’s sleek sophisticated aesthetic.

Lottie Hampson
A multidisciplinary artist known for working with photography and paint, it’s actually Lottie Hampson’s ceramics which have caught our eye. Having worked on them now for a few years, Lottie has no formal training in the discipline – preferring instead to use her hands to mould and sculpt her creations, which are seriously worth the shelf space.

Pandora Taylor x Ensemblier
Wavy headboards aren’t going anywhere and Pandora Taylor’s new design – the first to launch as part of Ensemblier's debut 'off-the-peg' collection of sustainable, VOC-free headboards – is another winner. Called Kyma (which translates from Greek as ‘wave’) it’s the perfect piece to elevate any bedroom scheme.

George Smith x Sims Hilditch
We’ve long admired Emma Sims Hilditch’s eye for interiors, so we were excited to hear about her new collaboration with upholsterer George Smith. Launching on 11th October, the capsule collection includes the Emma Sofa, Chair and Ottoman – all of which have been designed to suit both country and city homes. The elegant, curved lines strike the ideal balance between comfort and formality, making them pieces to treasure forever.

Kalinko
We love Kalinko’s classic, grown-up take on the rattan trend. After living in Burma for a year, the founders set up the brand to showcase the products made by the local, highly skilled craftspeople there. Still there, the founders have become completely invested in the local industry – and we can’t wait to see how the business grows. For now, make a beeline for the white woven range.

Combining contemporary design with top-class craftsmanship, British designer Richard Brendon has added to his crystal and bone china collections with a new handblown glassware range (London, 1650) and a new collaboration with the V&A. Shining a light on the golden era of Georgian ceramics, the range consists of four striking saucers to pair with his signature gold and silver reflective teacups, as well as four decorated mugs.
