French Sofa, £3,250 (was £3,950)
This 18th century Provençal sofa has beautiful carved details, including swept arms and a fluted back, complete with a bow cartouche and eight tapered legs. The pale grey/green paintwork is original, and while the piece has been fully reupholstered, it still retains the original horsehair filling.

This late Victorian table has a curved top in mirror-matched rosewood, with moulded edges over a cross-banded frieze. Supported on a bulbous octagonal stem over four cabriole legs with carvings, it sits on white porcelain and brass castors.

Well made with chunky joined frames, it’s been repainted but still has its original, natural pine interior behind newly glazed doors and locks.
