Cell Rejuvenating Power Serum, £180 | Victoria Beckham By Augustinus Bader

“I reach for this every winter. I love its unique, lasting consistency that feels as if it’s continually drip-feeding your skin with hydration. The formula is mixed with both water and oil components, so you get a hefty dose of moisture. It leaves my skin so soft and smooth with no greasy residue. It’s an investment, but so worth it for the results you see both imminently and over time.”

Body Butter, £80 | MUTHA

“If you’re after a rich body cream, this is the one. The clue is in the name: it is the mother of body butters. It’s got an oily, balm-like texture that glides over the skin so smoothly, but melts into it as an oil would. It’s so satisfying to use and a real treat. You’ll find it visibly improves the appearance of skin over time too, thanks to mango butters, vitamins A and E, and plenty of nourishing fatty acids.”

Available at CultBeauty.co.uk

Facial Toning Device, £379 | ZIIP

“This is one of my favourite tools throughout the year but it’s especially good in winter to help drain toxins and fluid that’s built up over the party season. Unlike some tools out there, it’s easy to use. You just glide it around your skin and the internal pulses get to work stimulating your skin, helping to firm and tone with gentle shocks. It’s a must for tightening muscles under your skin, and it really does make a visible difference over time.”

Available at CurrentBody.com

Advanced Génifique Hydrogel Sheet Mask, £39.60 | Lancôme & Triple Hyaluronic Acid Hydra-Glow Sheet Mask, £60 | Beauty Pie

“In the winter, I keep my sheet masks warm by holding them between my legs or putting them on a hot water bottle. It’s a kinder sensation to the skin at this time of year and you still get the same benefits. These are my two favourite masks for hydration, better glow and skin smoothness. They work well to reduce redness at a pinch too.”

Available at NinthAvenue.uk & BeautyPie.com

Jade Beauty Restorer, £45 | Hayo’U

“I use a gua sha year round, but it really comes into its own in winter when you want to further stimulate hydration. I use mine at the beginning of the day alongside an oil-based cleanser. This helps to awaken my lymph system so then everything is better absorbed. I follow up with a hydrating essence applied with my hands, then I go in with a serum to layer up, finishing with moisturiser, a few drops of facial oil and an SPF.”

Available at HayoUMethod.com

Nutritic Intense Riche Cream, £20.50 | La Roche-Posay

“This has a rich, buttery texture that glides around the face and settles effortlessly with no stickiness – nor does it cause pilling. It offers my skin a deeply intensive boost and again with lasting effects. It’s a high-street find and well tolerated by all, so it’s great if you’re prone to sensitivities or oiliness, but still need a hit of hydration.”

Available at La-Roche-Posay.co.uk

The Body Serum, £46 | Nécessaire

“I defy you not to like this silky body serum. It disappears into the skin almost immediately, but leaves behind a lasting veil of moisture and a soft sheen to limbs that looks healthy. It’s brilliant for soaking up dryness, but also for alleviating any feelings of tightness or discomfort.”

Available at SpaceNK.com

Beauty Flash Re-Sculpting Roller, £38 | Clarins

“Simple and straightforward, this multi-use facial tool has a roller at one end to release tension and a gua sha at the other to drain toxins and free up blood flow from stagnation. The result? Better radiance, less puffiness and tauter facial muscles. I love using this after a night out, or whenever I want a quick – albeit temporary – tightening fix. It’s perfect ahead of an evening out as it gets skin’s glow going by boosting blood flow.”

Available at Clarins.co.uk

Baby Oil, £3.50 | Johnson's

“I love baby oil in winter as it’s so thick and nourishing but never too sticky. I apply while my skin is still wet to nourish it and keep it soft and supple. Similarly, I like to apply facial oil to slightly damp skin in the morning in winter. This helps keep my nourishment levels topped up throughout the day and it makes my skin look more luminous.”

Available at Boots.com

Lip Butter Balms, £23 each | Summer Fridays & Restructurant Anti-Aging Lip Balm, €26 | Mediceutics

“Everyone needs a good lip balm in winter. These are the two I buy on repeat. Sometimes with lip balms, they leave you wanting more, but both of these formulas provide moisture that lasts, keeping those dry, tight cracks of skin at bay. They both give lips a little plumpness which I love, while the Summer Fridays formulas come in some soft, wearable shades that offer a little extra something.”
