3. Clever Contouring Sticks
Forget the overly chiselled, stripy look of contouring’s past – these new water-based sticks can be used to create a delicate, seamless shadow under cheekbones and along the jawline for subtle definition that is sheeny and glossy. Available in three shades, all skin tones are catered for, but you can also double them up if you want a strong definition for an evening out.
How It’s Used: Always try and apply your cream sticks onto a brush first before working it into the skin in gentle, buffing motions. Once the product is on the brush, wipe a little off on the back of your hand – both these techniques just ensure you don’t deposit too much all at once and get an even, refined blend.
Who It’s For: Anyone that wants to give contouring a go but is equally a little cautious. The water-based formula makes them really easy to blend so even novices can nail the ‘sculpting’ look with ease.
