By Terry Cover Expert Perfecting Fluid Foundation

“I’ve used this for years and always go back to it. It’s really hydrating and gives skin the kind of healthy glow that’s hard to come by just with foundation. It still gives flawless coverage, yet never feels too heavy on the skin. Everyone comments on the lovely scent and how lightweight it feels. It’s a luxe option, but worth it.”

Trinny London Lash2Brow

“The great thing about this product is that it’s dual ended. One end houses a tinted brow gel, the other is a great mascara. I try to buy mascaras that lengthen and volumise but never transfer – this one does all three. In terms of pure mascara, my favourite is Sweed’s Pro Lash Lift. It lengthens, curls and adds a natural amount of volume with zero clumps.”

Maybelline Master Ink Liquid Eyeliner

“This is amazing value for money, and it comes with a very fine nib for precise, sharp wings. Even liner novices will find it easy to work with.”

Too Faced The Natural Nudes Skin-Centric Eyeshadow Palette

“You can create any look with this palette. The shadows are perfectly pigmented, with a mix of matte and shimmer tones for all preferences. I often use the ‘Truffle’ shade to create a bit of soft definition along the lash line.”

Bobbi Brown Cream Shadow Stick in Golden Bronze

“On the days I need to get ready quickly, this is a godsend. It helps you look as if you’ve created a flawless smokey eye in one swipe – a little blend and you’re good to go.”

Hourglass Vanish Airbrush Concealer

“My favourite concealer is this one by Hourglass. It’s great for blurring the skin, but without being cakey or drying, which can often be the case. Plus, it lasts forever.”

Vieve Skin Nova

“If you want just a hint of luminosity, make this your go-to. It gives skin a natural sheen (without sparkle) and makes your complexion look hydrated and healthy. Apply it before or after your base make-up – or even on its own. Doing so beforehand will give you that ‘lit from within’ effect.”

Space NK Travel Bag

“I love a transparent make-up bag so I can find my products easily. I have several of these – they are a great size and come in some fun colours. Whenever I travel, I use one for skincare, one for make-up and another for haircare – organisation is key.”

LH Cosmetics Matte Attack

“Primers are great if you have oily skin. My favourite find is this one from LH Cosmetics. It has a silky texture that absorbs well, and it helps combat shine better than others I’ve tried. If you have normal to dry skin, Laura Mercier’s Hydrating Primer is the one.”

Amanda Harrington Face Mist

“A lot of experts swear by this. I like to apply it with a large bronzer brush and still allow my freckles to shine through. It is a fake tan, but a very natural one. Other tan products I’ve tried tend to be dehydrating and drying, but this contains hyaluronic acid, aloe and CQ10 to plump and nourish. For powder bronzer, it has to be Gucci’s Poudre de Beauté in ‘Tan’. It’s so silky and effortless to use.”

Sculpted by Aimee Cream Luxe Blush in Peach Pop

“I recently came across this brand and can’t get enough of the cream blush. It suits multiple skin tones, has a semi-matte finish and is softly pigmented, so you look fresh and healthy at all times.”

Glossier Brow Flick Pen

“This is my favourite brow product of all time. It’s great for drawing on individual hair strokes and the texture is light too, so you can never be too heavy with it. To hold everything in place, seal it with Anastasia Beverly Hills’s Brow Freeze. For shaping, I swear by Tweezerman’s tweezers.”

Nabla Cosmetics Lipstick In Chloe & Victoria Beckham Beauty Posh Pout

“Both of these give the perfect pink tone to your lips. If you’re after a good neutral shade, Bobbi Brown Pale Mauve Lip Liner will mimic the exact shade of your own lips.”

Living Proof Full Shampoo & Conditioner

“I use this duo religiously. If you’re looking for volume and bit of a hair boost, these are the shampoo and conditioner to pick up.”

Kerastase Hair Elixir

“Before drying my hair, I always apply this elixir. It prevents split ends, speeds up the drying process (while also protecting against heat damage) and the scent is incredible. I swear by it.”

Medik8 Advanced Night Restore Cream

“Right now, I love the Medik8 Advanced Night Restore Cream. It’s so rich in texture, and when I wake up I really notice a difference to my skin. For cleaners, I love Elemis’s Pro Collagen Rose Cleansing Balm and I use a dab of the QMS Intensive Eye Cream most nights.”

Caudalie Beauty Elixir

“I am never without this or the Heritage Rose Mist. They’re both great at refreshing my skin throughout the day and are a great way to prep your complexion for make-up.”

Aromatherapy Associates Deep Relax Roller Ball

“This is a product I’ve bought on repeat for years. Instead of wearing perfume around my clients – which can be overpowering – this rollerball is a nice alternative. It’s made up of a blend of essential oils which are supposed to calm and relax you. If you love a spa scent, you’ll like this.”
