For Stress-Relieving Massages…
“After a busy week, it doesn’t get better than unwinding at Aire. The candlelit, labyrinth-style baths are the perfect place to reset before a massage – it’s total heaven. I am also a fan of hotel spas in London – they feel like an escape from the world and the hustle and bustle of the city. The spa at the Mandarin Oriental is divine, as is the spa at the Rosewood Hotel.”
For Lymphatic Drainage…
“The lymphatic system is a complex network of fluid-filled nodes, vessels, glands and organs that runs throughout the entire body. It’s one of the most important – and often forgotten – systems in the human body that’s essential for detoxification, digestion, immunity and inflammation. A lymphatic drainage massage is an underrated health hack – whenever I have one, my entire system feels rebooted. Flavia Morellato is incredibly talented and the best lymphatic drainage masseuse in London, but if I can’t get an appointment, I love the Ruuby app for an at-home treatment. There’s something indulgent about being able to fall into bed immediately afterwards.”
For Facials…
“Teresa Tarmey is the queen. Known for her results-driven, clinically backed treatments, her innovative approach to skincare is unlike anything else. I have regular facials at her clinic in Notting Hill – including glow-enhancing lactic acid peels, extraction, cryo-ball sculpting, soothing LED light therapy and sculpting massage.”
For Biohacking…
“I’m obsessed with Repose on High Street Kensington. From cryotherapy to infrared saunas, they have you covered. I also love their ‘photobiomodulation’ bed, designed to encourage cell renewal and decrease inflammation. I also have regular ozone therapy at Lanserhof at The Arts Club on Dover Street and keep an eye on the ever-changing roster of practitioners on offer at 180 Health Club.”

For Recovery…
“I’ve been seeing Brett Gibbens for years. A chiropractor specialising in sports injuries, he’s the person to see for a stronger, more resilient body. If I’m feeling achy, I’ll lie on my Healthy Line infrared crystal mat – it relieves pain in minutes and if I’ve had a bad night’s sleep, it recharges my batteries. These mats use PEMF technology which gently emits energy waves into the body to improve healing at a cellular level – it’s clever stuff. When it comes to hangover recovery, an IV drip with Koniver Wellness never fails to sort me out. You can book them for a home visit or find them at 180 Health Club.”
For Acupuncture…
“Chinese medicine is a natural healing system that’s been used by millions of people for thousands of years. We are all made up of ‘qi’ – our vital energy source – which travels through the body. However, when our qi becomes blocked, this can manifest as physical pain, emotional issues, insomnia, infertility or problems with immunity. Acupuncture is an effective way to rebalance your qi – you’ll find me at Pricc in Notting Hill. Acupuncture is the greatest secret to better health and in my opinion is underused.”

For Yoga…
“Elisa Devlin is my go-to yoga teacher. Her classes at KXU are fun, challenging and always leave me feeling rebalanced. I’m a fan of breathwork, too. I love to lie on a heated infrared mat – Stoov does a great one – as the heat helps me unwind. Lying down, I focus on lengthening my exhales – inhaling for four seconds, holding for five, exhaling for six, and then holding again for four. Going for a brisk walk after doing breathwork is also a good way to physically get rid of negative energy.”
For Sound Baths…
“Harriet Emily is the most incredible sound practitioner. You can find her at the Harrods Wellness Clinic. You may not think sound healing is your thing, but it’s a guaranteed way to ease anxiety, improve sleep and boost your mood. It’s like a fast-track form of meditation.”
For Therapy…
“Camilla Jackson has extensive experience in the mental health space and has an amazing gift of understanding the support you need. She is not only a great listener but offers incredible guidance that hits the nail on the head. She is gentle and easy to connect with, and will put you at ease, whatever you are struggling with.”
For A Health MOT…
“I recently visited SHA Wellness Clinic in the south of Spain for a detox and recovery programme. The clinic blends eastern and western practices to help your mind, body and soul recover. I began my days with yoga, enjoyed acupuncture and the food has a lovely oriental vibe – lots of miso soup and fish. Vivamayr Clinic is also up there for me, especially if you’re after something more medical. When I visited, I was struggling with digestive issues which were quickly dealt with via allergy and blood tests and a prescriptive diet, which completely overhauled my system.”
For Activewear…
“I live in LNDR leggings – they give you just the right amount of support – and am a fan of the Spanx activewear line. I also wear my Nike black cap most days and, if I’m heading to yoga or Pilates, I’ll put on a Wolford leotard. You’ll always find some Huel in my gym bag for speedy, on-the-go nourishment.”
