FRUIT & VEG

Baby cucumbers: So sweet and crunchy right now. I snack on them constantly, and toss them into salads for an extra bite.

Organic carrots: Always in the fridge. I roast them, grate them into slaws, or just eat them raw with hummus.

Cherries: Wildly good at the moment. They’re top of the list right now, but I’m always stocked up on berries too – blueberries, raspberries, strawberries. Whatever looks best.

Bananas: I make banana pancakes once or twice a week for my daughter. Just egg, nut butter, cinnamon and a bit of buckwheat flour. She devours them – and I do too.

Celery: Essential for my Sunday bolognese batch. I go heavy on the veg: celery, carrots, onion, lentils, finely chopped green beans, leeks and courgette. It’s a stealth health hit for my daughter, and makes the sauce taste amazing.

Fennel: Obsessed. I shave it into salads, mix it with tuna and beans for lunch, and always throw it into a soffritto when I’m making bolognese. It adds a subtle aniseed depth, which I love.

FRIDGE STAPLES

Kimchi: Love it. I add it to morning eggs, toss it into salads, and it’s unreal in a tuna and cheese toastie. I usually go for Vadasz or Kim Kong Kimchi – both are punchy and properly fermented.

Biotiful Protein Kefir Pots: Loving these right now. Great post-workout or when I need something quick but filling.

Organic Beef Mince: Always in for the big end-of-week bolognese. Rich, hearty and perfect for loading up with veg.

Trewithen Salted Cornish Butter: I cook eggs in it, slather it on toast – it’s just fab. Proper flavour and that golden colour I love.

Parmesan Cheese: I go through so much. Grated over pasta, stirred into risotto or shaved into salads.

Daylesford Organic Chicken Thighs & Legs: The quality is amazing. Great for midweek tray bakes or slow roasts when I want something easy but delicious.

MOWI Organic Smoked Salmon: Perfect with eggs, avocado, or just on its own with a squeeze of lemon.

Paysan Breton Cream Cheese: Incredible. So creamy and light – I spread it on crackers, stir it into pasta sauces, and even use it in baking sometimes.

CUPBOARD

Eggs: We go through at least six a day, so I stock up weekly. I’m a sucker for Burford Browns – rich yolks and proper flavour.

Tuna: I always have plenty of Rio Mare tinned tuna in olive oil. It’s the best. Silky, salty and perfect in salads or toasties.

Capers in Brine: One of my most used ingredients. I throw them into salads, green sauces and pasta as they add that sharp little punch.

Anchovies in Olive Oil: I melt them into sauces, layer them on toast or blitz them into dressings. They’re salty magic.

Tahini: Always on hand for dressings, hummus or spooned straight from the jar. Adds creaminess and depth.

Nut Butter: ManiLife is my go-to. I use it in pancakes, on toast, or just with a banana for a quick snack.

Novice Kitchen Sichuan Crunch Chilli Oil: This is so good on everything. Eggs, noodles, rice bowls. It’s spicy, crunchy and addictive.

Red Lentil Pasta: A great high-fibre, high-protein swap for regular pasta. My daughter eats loads, so I try to mix up the grains. Ocado has a solid selection.

Bold Bean Co Chickpeas & Beans: Obsessed. They’re creamy, flavourful and elevate any salad or stew.

Nutritional Yeast: Surprisingly tasty. I sprinkle it on salads, stir it into pasta, or use it as a cheesy topper for roasted veg.

SNACKS & TREATS

Lindt Dark Chocolate: I’m a 90% gal. Rich, intense and just the right amount of bitter. One square is enough (sometimes).

Medjool Dates: Always in the cupboard. Sweet, sticky and perfect with nut butter or just on their own.

Little Moons Mochi:  A freezer staple. I always have a few flavours on rotation.

Kallo Beetroot & Balsamic Rice Cakes: These are so good. They taste like Monster Munch – crunchy, tangy and weirdly nostalgic.

Adonis Olive & Chia Seed Keto Crackers: G reat with dips or cheese.

Babybel: My daughter loves these.

Amisa Buckwheat Crackers: Don’t know why, but these just taste so good. They’re perfect with cream cheese or avocado.

FREEZER STAPLES

Fish Said Fred Sea Bass Fillets: I buy these in bulk and freeze a few – they defrost super quickly and make for an easy meal.

Peas: Always handy. I throw them into my daughter’s meals for a bit of green and sweetness.

Ice: For drinks, smoothies or just to chill a glass of wine that’s not quite cold enough.

Crosta & Mollica Pizzas: So good. Proper Italian-style bases and great toppings – ideal for a no-effort Friday night dinner.

DRINKS

Dash Water: Light, refreshing and just the right hint of flavour. I always have a few cans in the fridge.

San Pellegrino: I’m obsessed with sparkling water, and this one’s my go-to.

Cheap Red Wine: Strictly for cooking. It adds depth to sauces and stews, and doesn’t need to be fancy.

POM 100% Pomegranate Juice: I love adding a splash to sparkling water.

Dalston’s Sparkling Cherry: So delicious. Tastes like Dr Pepper but cleaner.
