Ingredients
1 packet tenderstem broccoli
2 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp sweet miso
¼ hot water
Sea salt
Toasted sesame seeds, to decorate
Method
Step 1
Trim broccoli and cook in a steamer for 5 mins
Step 2
Place all remaining ingredients into a blender - I used a NutriBullet - and whiz together. Taste and add more salt if required
Step 3
Plate the broccoli onto a dish and pour over half the dressing, keeping the reminder in a jam jar for another day
Step 4
Sprinkle with sesame seeds
