Steamed Asian Seabass

Ingredients
1 Waitrose boneless seabass fillet
1 tbsp of Thai taste southern yellow curry paste
1 Pak Choi
1 tsp of soy sauce
1 lemon grass stalk
Pinch of coriander
1/2 a lime
Chillies
2 tbsp water
Method
Step 1

Place parchment on chopping board.

Step 2

Lay pak choi on parchment.

Step 3

Place seabass on top.

Step 4

Spread a tbsp of paste on the fillet.

Step 5

Put lemongrass on top.

Step 6

Season with coriander.

Step 7

Drizzle with soy sauce.

Step 8

Squeeze over half a lime.

Step 9

Finish with chillies.

Step 10

Wrap up the parchment.

Step 11

Leave a small gap to pour in water.

Step 12

Place in the oven for 10 minutes.
