Sautéed Spicy Fine Beans with Minced Pork
This dish packs an amazing flavour punch for something that calls for so few ingredients and minimal steps. Plus, given it takes just 20 minutes to make, it's ideal for a midweek supper.

Ingredients
200g of fine beans, cleaned & halved in length
60g of minced pork
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp of spring onions, finely chopped
3 tbsp of cooking oil
For The Seasoning
2 tbsp of Lee Kum KeeSichuan Style Hot & Spicy Stir-Fry Sauce
1 tbsp of Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce
1-2 pieces of fresh chilli, finely chopped (optional)
Method
Step 1
Heat the wok to high heat, then add 3 tbsp of oil. Stir-fry the fine beans for 3 minutes, remove the beans and draining oil in the wok, then set aside.
Step 2
In the same wok, sauté the garlic and minced pork until fragrant, and add the sauce mix to cook for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Then, return the beans to the wok together with spring onions and chilli, and toss for another minute. Serve.
