Oriental Cucumber Salad
Planning a BBQ this weekend? This refreshing and zingy salad is the ideal side dish. Just remember to set aside at least 20 minutes to let the salt work its magic.

Ingredients
300g of cucumber, in rustic chunks
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
10g of coriander, stalks removed
1 tbsp of toasted sesame seeds
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chilli Oil (optional)
For the Dressing
3 tbsp of Lee Kum Kee Oriental Sesame Soy Sauce
A squeeze of lemon or lime juice
Method
Step 1
Salt the cucumber and set aside for 20 minutes, then drain and squeeze out the water.
Step 2
Mix the dressing with the cucumber and the rest of the ingredients.
Step 3
Sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds and it's ready to serve.
