Chelsea Sidecar
Replace cognac in a Sidecar with gin, and this is what you get – the perfect recipe for when you run out of tonic at home, but still have some triple sec to hand.

45ml of dry gin
30ml of triple sec
30ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp of sugar syrup
Ice cubes, to shake
Lemon twist, to garnish
2 small martini glasses
Method
Step 1
Shake all the ingredients in an ice-filled shaker and strain into a small chilled martini glass.
Step 2
Garnish with a lemon twist.
