Chestnut & Banana ‘Ice Cream’

Put the banana slices in a freezer bag or arrange on a tray in a single layer and place in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours, or until completely frozen.
Put the frozen bananas in a blender with the peanut butter and dates and blend until smooth. You might have to stop the blender and stir everything a few times until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
Once it’s nearly ready, add the chestnuts and blitz a few times until combined but you still have a few chunks of chestnut. Serve immediately.
