The original outdoor workout, Be Military Fit is now on offer in 140 locations across the UK, as well as 30 in London alone. Fronted by legendary adventurer Bear Grylls, the outdoor bootcamp (which you may know as British Military Fitness, the original name before they rebranded in 2018) serves up a hard-hitting session that guarantees serious results.
