Levels

Following a successful US launch, Levels Health will be arriving imminently in the UK. A new breed of health tracker, it offers real-time metabolic insights from a continuous glucose monitor and fitness, sleep and lifestyle data, providing feedback on how your choices impact your blood sugar levels. With continuous glucose monitoring, you can remove the guesswork and immediately know which foods negatively impact your blood sugar – in the long -term, this can help with sustained energy and reduce your risk of chronic health issues. Over time, the app makes actionable recommendations on how you can improve and optimise your health.

Club Health

Club Health is the name to know if you’re recovering from an injury, dealing with body imbalances or looking to build more strength. No two experiences at Club Health – London’s first high-end rehab and performance clinic – are the same. Your journey starts with a consultation, with treatment options including everything from physio and rehab training to medical massage and clinical Pilates. Rest assured you’re in good hands – the clinic is headed up by Luis Ribeiro, a former professional footballer and football physio who now specialises in body mechanics, posture and movement.
