5am

I wake up every morning just before 5am, even on weekends. I’ve stuck to this schedule since working in PR for Jitrois, a Parisian leather atelier. Despite having teams and agencies across various locations, I had to be available for emails and calls. Now, at  DICE, I work across three time zones.

I start my day with meditation. While it might look like I'm dozing, I meditate in bed for six to eight minutes using the Presence app by Deepak Chopra. I focus on my breath and have eight alarms set for two-minute breathwork sessions.

Running wakes me up, so I do three to four miles every morning. I swear by my APL TechLoom Zipline trainers and Nike Pro gear – the leggings’ elastic waistband keeps them in place and allows for great movement. After my run, I steam up the bathroom before showering so I can open my pores while stretching.

6am

I have my morning skincare routine down to a fine art. I update it seasonally based on my skin’s needs. I swear by Shani Darden’s products, which I discovered during the pandemic through Kelly Rowland. I start with her Cleansing Serum, followed by Dermalogica's Daily Microfoliant for gentle exfoliation. In colder months, I use Restorsea, a gentle cleanser for my eczema. After cleansing, I apply Paula’s Choice Exfoliate or La Mer’s The Tonic, then Ole Henriksen’s Banana Bright Eye Cream to combat dark circles – it’s a magical potion. Sunscreen is crucial; I use the Shiseido Clear Stick and Kiehl’s Daily Restorative Concentrate. For my body, I shower with Necessaire’s The Body Wash and lock in moisture with Nivea’s  In-Shower Body Lotion with Cocoa Butter.

Issey Miyake’s Pleats Please sets are my go-to. They always make me feel polished and, because the material is wrinkle free, it’s perfect for travel. If I’m working from home and I am on video calls, I like to rotate my silk button-ups – my favourites are from Saint Laurent and Celine (the Phoebe Philo era). I’m a big footwear person. In my current rotation are the Chanel Creepers from the 2013 collection, I have all four colours and they work with every look. On more casual days, I’m really loving my New Balance X Jack Harlow 1906R runners, my Nigel Sylvester X Air Jordan 4s and a pair of Air Jordan 1s.

M·A·C and Dior Beauty are staples in my routine. I’ve used M·A·C since I started wearing make-up. I fill in my eyebrows with the M·A·C Eyebrow Pencil in ‘Stud’ and set them with Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Gel. I’ve been reaching for the Dior Backstage Foundation in 7N a lot lately; it has medium coverage but still feels and looks like my natural skin. If I need my make-up to last through a long day of meetings, dinners and gig or venue visits, I’ll use Dior Forever 24H Foundation, which has a matte finish and is transfer proof.

I feel like I’m the only woman who doesn’t have a signature scent. My current rotation includes Byredo’s Young Rose, Diptyque’s Philosykos, Byredo’s Bal D’Afrique and Acne Studios par Frédéric Malle Eau de Parfum.

7am

I’m a VIP member of Pressed JuiceryEvery Sunday I order five to seven green juices to get me through the week. It’s my go-to breakfast – unless I’m scheduled to have a breakfast meeting in person with a reporter or editor.

For my UK/EU team, it’s already 10am or 11am when I join the party. I jump straight into fielding emails. I try to evaluate my calendar daily, assessing which scheduled meetings can actually be handled via email or Slack updates, offering me more time to tackle other projects and documents. In the US, we’re remote. I tend to work from my home office or a members club in Brooklyn called SAA.

8am

No two days are the same. I might discuss our Spotify or Amazon Music deals – we’re the ticketing partner for live music series featuring artists like Big Sean and Halsey. Alternatively, I could be sharing details with reporters about The Cure’s presale at the Troxy or editing documents for a board meeting while prepping our COO for a panel.

To stay productive and organised, I prioritise calendar maintenance. I block time for checking emails and Slack messages, and only accept invites with an agenda. Each Friday, I create a weekly to-do list for the upcoming week, allocating one to two working days for each task and scheduling an hour daily to focus on it. My go-to method is the Eisenhower Matrix, which I also use for my personal tasks – it's a game changer.

12pm

To avoid burnout, I schedule lunch. I use that time to get fresh air, take a walk or pick up my meal and eat AFK (away from the keyboard). I also use a de-stress facial spray from Callo – it really wakes me up and gives me a mid-day boost.

I take an afternoon walk for fresh air and often catch up with my mom or friends to break up the work day and solidify weekend plans. This weekend, my boyfriend and I are visiting The Whitney Museum in NYC for the Edges of Ailey exhibition, celebrating the life and legacy of choreographer Alvin Ailey. I was also able to snag us reservations at WSA's culinary pop-up Black Caesar, which combines art and food through Tavares Strachan’s installation and a North African and Roman-inspired menu.

1pm

The music industry moves quickly. In the afternoons, my main focus is checking emails and sending pitches to reporters covering DICE or spotlighting music executives. My team and I ensure DICE's profile and offerings are consistently highlighted.

Exciting things are happening, including partnerships with Spotify and Amazon Music Live, plus a limited merch collection launching mid-November. This collection will be available at iconic independent venues in London and New York City, like ELSEWHERE and  Public Records.

6pm

Although I usually log off by 6pm, communications is a 24/7 job. Real-time events directly influence the recommendations I provide, so I stay connected to my phone. Around 5:30pm, my phone switches to After Hours mode, allowing me to receive notifications from news outlets, X/Threads and TikTok to stay informed of breaking news. During the day, I rely on my laptop for alerts to avoid notification overload. In the evenings, I’ve preset my phone to accept calls only from key contacts, allowing me to stay focused and engaged during dinners or events.

My evening workout is a Pilates class or a 20-minute stretch session. I go to Pilates twice a week and reserve the other days for dinners or events. I take classes at The Link Studios or Club Pilates, both in Montclair, New Jersey. I have also developed a bit of an obsession with aerial yoga. I really love Air Aerial Fitness in South Orange, New Jersey – it has done wonders for my lower back pain and is incredibly cathartic.

7pm

My evenings are anything but dull. I try to catch a Broadway play once a month – it seems silly not to take full advantage of the city's arts scene. A big perk of my job is that I often get invited to screenings. During my last trip to London, I was invited to the opening of Jeremy O. Harris’s Slave Play. Recently, Hulu invited me to an early screening of Reasonable Doubt, a legal drama featuring Emayatzy Corinealdi and McKinley Freeman, followed by a Q&A. I've also seen early screenings of Mr. & Mrs. Smith with Donald Glover and Maya Erskine, and the premiere of The Kitchen with Daniel Kaluuya and Kano.

I love exploring the restaurant scenes in NYC and London. I have business dinners or events at least twice a week. I’m always on Resy for the best spots, recently enjoying The Tyger and Bangkok Supper Club. For casual drinks with reporters, Lure Fishbar in Soho is my go-to. Last week, I attended the Fashion Fall Gala at the New York Ballet, which was such an experience – and an excuse to get dressed up.

When I’m in London, I love catching a Boiler Room show – I danced the night away at one during my last visit! Boiler Room, now part of DICE, fits perfectly with our brand, and reporters always love the energy at those shows.

I switch into chef mode when I’m home. I cook twice a week as a form of self-care, a tradition I’ve got from my parents, who loved cooking together. While I handle the meals, my boyfriend excels at finding the best take-out spots. I’m obsessed with mushrooms and have been experimenting with them for over a year – they’re so versatile! I also enjoy making hearty salads, often discovering new recipes on TikTok. One of my favourites is a kale, salmon and roasted chickpea salad with homemade dressing.

8pm

As a big Vince Vaughn fan, I just finished Bad Monkey on Apple TV. My boyfriend and I love winding down with TV together. Last week we binged Joan, the true story of a notorious jewel thief. Right now, we’re hooked on Rivals.

After a long day, I retreat to my bathroom. I have an elaborate night-time routine – it’s one of my favourite parts of the day. I watch Waynehead – my favourite childhood cartoon – while I begin my skincare ritual, and it’s pure bliss. I start with a double cleanse: Estée Lauder Cleansing Balm, then Kiehl’s Cleansing Oil, finishing with Garnier Micellar Water. In the shower, I use La Roche-Posay Cleanser and alternate between Nécessaire Body Wash and Dove Body Wash. Afterwards, I apply Nécessaire Body Retinol and Dr Teal’s Sleep Blend Lotion. For my face, I use Shani Darden’s Retinol Reform, Paula’s Choice Vitamin C Serum, Caudalie Resveratrol-Lift and finish with Caudalie Beauty Mist. I am such an earlier riser that I am usually in bed and asleep by 9pm.
