THE FASHION COLLAB:

Adam Lippes x OKA

OKA co-founder Sue Jones and fashion designer Adam Lippes have created a collection of furniture and homeware that speaks to their shared love of colour and pattern. Following the success of their first collab in 2020 – a selection of tableware inspired by Famille Rose china – the two have turned their creative eyes from the dining room to the study, with a range designed to elevate the working-from-home experience. Inspired by an antique piece of linen sourced from a French market, Adam has reimagined the Chinoiserie-style pattern to decorate the Majesty range. We love the stool, which we’d also use at a dressing table or in the corner of a sitting room.

THE ECO PAINT:

COAT Claypaint

Today, COAT will launch its first breathable paint – and lowest-impact product yet. Claypaint is crafted with natural British minerals. With a low-carbon footprint, it’s perfect for decorating older properties and painting directly onto lime plaster. Blending natural British clays, this ultra-matte finish (2% sheen) is virtually VOC free, using the highest-quality components to guarantee smooth application, great coverage and durability. Available in 76 shades from COAT’s core colour palette.

THE CERAMIC COLLECTION:

Henry Holland’s Big Brekkie

The latest capsule collection from Henry Holland Studio includes an egg cup saucer, avocado bowl, salt and pepper shakers, and a toast rack. Henry’s inspiration was studio experiments with hand-dying clays, which led to the bright egg-yolk yellow that evolved into the egg cup saucer. From here, he brought in other colours from the existing collection, including green and white for the avocado bowl, terracotta and white for the streaky bacon-inspired toast rack, and a new red clay for the tomato sauce holder.

THE ARTISAN BRAND:

Imogen Pope

The Loose Pleat Shades from Imogen Pope London are a modern take on a traditional style, which means they work beautifully in both formal and relaxed spaces. Meanwhile, the Isla lamp base is a reinvention of an antique brass lamp Imogen loved for many years. Beautiful on a bedside table or a hallway console or to illuminate a dark kitchen nook, the lamp is the perfect partner to these new shades and comes in four glossy colourways: Scarlet Red, Aubergine Red, Sea Mist and Ivory, as well as traditional Stained Oak.

THE STUDIO STORE:

Hestia & Hearth

Warwickshire-based Hestia & Hearth is both an interior design studio and a curated store. Established by Frank Newbold, the studio’s ethos revolves around sustainability and craftsmanship. Remaining steadfast against passing trends, Frank’s design approach blends the vintage with the contemporary, layering earthy tones and textures alongside a palette of natural materials. Now, he’s brought his mum Jane into the business and they’ve launched an online store, so you can get the Hestia & Hearth look in your home.

THE INDEPENDENT BRAND:

FORM

We’ve often included pieces from TallBoy Interiors in our antiques features, as founder Matt Dixon has such a strong eye. Now, he’s launched FORM, a family-run, Yorkshire-based brand that seeks to reconfigure the throwaway mindset of fast furniture, creating pieces that are 'antiques for the future' – designed by Matt and lovingly handmade by master craftsmen. The range includes furniture, lighting, rugs and accessories, and the showroom is a Georgian chapel in the heart of Malton.

THE COOL PARTNERSHIP:

Holmes Bespoke x Maison Margaux

The Holmes Bespoke x Maison Margaux collection includes three hand-crafted Holmes Bespoke rugs and three elegantly designed Maison Margaux table linen sets that can be mixed and matched to create a unique tablescape. Laylah Holmes of Holmes Bespoke and Louisa Preskett of Maison Margaux met after being announced as ‘Walpole’s Brands of Tomorrow Class of 2023’ and discovering a shared passion for sustainable design, colour and original craftsmanship. We have our eyes on the Ikat kat rug and Bella placemat combination.

THE DESIGNER LIGHT:

Cupla Studio’s Caramella

Cupla Studio founder Gemma McCloskey is known for her bold use of colour and impeccable attention to detail – just visit the Rixo flagship on Kings Road for proof of what she can do. Recently, we’ve fallen for her Caramella Tealight – a portable, USB-chargeable table light available in confetti or humbug finishes. The handblown Murano glass shade is mounted on a traditional solid-brass base with a dimmable control – perfect on a tabletop or as a cosy bedside companion.

THE COOKWARE:

Our Place

Known for its trendy, Insta-friendly cookware, Our Place is launching a virtually indestructible version of its sell-out Always Pan. The Titanium Always Pan Pro arrives today. By using a no-coating non-stick technology (aptly named NoCo) Our Place has bucked the tradition of using Teflon and PFAS to extend the lifespan of non-stick coatings. Because the Titanium Always Pan Pro doesn’t have a coating, it won’t degrade over time and doesn’t have any of the harmful chemical effects.
