Curio Ornamental Pears

Curio’s glass pears are some of the chicest ornaments we’ve seen of late. Designed to be displayed all year round, they’re especially lovely for Christmas. Every pear is individually handblown without the use of moulds, and therefore totally unique – plus, each one is strung with a beautiful velvet ribbon.

Henry Holland Mirrors

As fashion designer-turned-ceramicist Henry Holland develops his technique, he continues to create larger scale pieces for the home. This new mirror collection celebrates the artistry of the nerikomi ceramic technique – forms and silhouettes from the tableware, vase and lighting collections have been re-scaled and re-imagined, while art-deco curves form a unique statement ceramic frame to surround  three new designs: Crescent, Lozenge and Floor.

Constant Candle Co. Christmas Collection

We featured the Constant Candle Co when it launched and a few years later, it’s still creating beautiful scented refillable wax pots. Right now, we’re loving La Rentree – the fragrantly spiced fruits combined with cardamon and citrus are perfect for Christmas. Alternatively, gift a friend the Christmas collection, which contains three bestselling Christmas scents (Winter, Noel and Joyeux) together with three wax tablet Christmas Decorations.

Sézane Lighting

When Les Composantes, the homeware range from Sézane, first launched, the lighting products weren’t available in the UK, but they now come with a UK-compliant electrical socket – and it was worth the wait. You can combine different sized bases and shades, which also come in different colours and finishes, so there are plenty of combinations to try.

De Rosee Sa Lacquer Collection

We’ve long been fans of interior design studio De Rosee Sa, so when we came across its lacquer furniture collection, we were sold. Introduce a bit of the studio’s aesthetic with their nest of tables. Not only are there two in a set, but they also come in three shades – Deep Red, Indian Yellow and Navy. Perfect for an end of sofa or even as a bedside table.

Studio Lodha Plates

Designed by Studio Lodha’s creative director and head of studio, Blandine de Navacelle, this elegant three-piece collection titled ‘Le Jardin Sauvage’ has been produced by world-famous Limoges porcelain house, Marie Daâge. It is the first range to launch under the studio’s name and is available exclusively via Bonadea, both online and in store on Pimlico Road. The collection is inspired by nature, and its wild shapes and formations. Intended to be layered or used as individual accent pieces, the collection features two dinner plates and a dessert plate, and every piece is hand painted by Marie Daâge, one of the world’s most celebrated porcelain artists.

Studio Atkinson Noughts & Crosses

The Noughts & Crosses collection was inspired by an antique bamboo dining table sourced by interior designer Susie Atkinson at a French market many years ago. It featured a cotton reel round base and contrasting crossed feet – a play on direction and contrast, which the new collection mimics through fluting and alternating wood grain. Every item in the collection is expertly crafted from oak and made by hand in the UK in a stunning bleached wood finish for a textured appearance that feels simple and natural.

Jemma Powell x Tusk at Thyme

During a recent visit to hotel Thyme in the Cotswolds, we were lucky enough to see a beautiful exhibition by British artist Jemma Powell in collaboration with Tusk, the international conservation charity. The Golden Thread, is inspired by founder and creative director of Thyme Caryn Hibbert’s, observations and writing of the migratory birdlife in the Water Meadow at the hotel, which travel between sub-Sahara Africa and the meadows. Powell’s work shines a light on the conservation efforts as she explores the connections between people, wildlife and the nature that surrounds them.
