This unusual, incredibly playful clover-shaped, two-tier bobbin side table is made from pine. It’d be a lovely addition to a bedroom reading corner or as a sitting room side table.

Curved Chaise Longue, £1,700

This Napoleon III roll-edged chaise longue has a comfortable and supportive coil-sprung horse-hair seat, raised on elegant fruitwood turned ebonised legs. The prices include reupholstery (but not the fabric).

Mahogany Secretaire, £4,500

Dating from the mid 19th-century, this charming lady’s mahogany secretaire is of excellent quality. It has a tambour rolltop, enclosing an internal arrangement of four drawers and five pigeon holes. There’s a pull-out tooled leather writing slide which sits below two drawers, and the piece is supported on square, tapered legs on brass castors.

Designed by Halabala for UP Zavody, a well-known Czech furniture manufacturer, these chairs have become increasingly rare amid growing demand from interior designers. This is a lovely example of one.

This vintage 1980s jute rope-seated lounge chair with matching side table is bang on trend. The overall condition is very good with a great feel and look. The set would sit well inside or out as it is well made and well designed.

This pair of Louis XV style bedside cabinets have marble tops and bronzed metal accents. There are three drawers for storage on elegant legs – perfect as a stylish addition to a compact bedroom.

Bleach Wood Dining Table, £685

This stylish mid to late 20th-century dining table has a very thick, heavy glass top with a bevelled edge. It stands on two heavyweight bleached wood supports that have leather banding. The piece is in perfect condition and is large enough to seat eight comfortably.

This fabulous pair of antique French 19th-century Napoleon III chairs are deep buttoned and would work beautifully in a bay window. We love the rolled arms, curved backs and delicately turned legs.

We love the slatted base of this knife-edge oval coffee table made from carrara marble. With white marbling, it has a stylish and luxurious feel. Marked 'made in Italy' underneath, it has no damages and dates from the 1970s.

This good-quality oak French commode or chest of drawers has an attractive marble top and carved decoration on the drawers. This is a good solid piece of furniture for a bedroom, hallway or sitting room, and is in good used condition.

This late 19th-century French slipper chair has been recovered in neutral linen from Merchant & Mills. It has a good simple frame on elegantly turned legs with the original ebony finish and original wooden castors.
