14 Of The Best New Takeaways To Order This Weekend

While restaurants are still closed, many of the capital’s best eateries have transformed their kitchens into takeaway and collection spots during the pandemic. From bao buns and sushi, to Sri Lankan curries and French fare, this list has you covered.

Brunswick House at Home

During this period of enforced closure Jackson Boxer and his team are preparing food, wine and cocktails to be collected or delivered. He’s also converted his Vauxhall restaurant Brunswick House into Urban Farm & Bottle Shop, offering vegetable, meat, dairy and pantry goods from some of his favourite suppliers. The full menu, which changes weekly, is available from 12pm-9pm Tuesday-Saturday, and is designed to be finished off at home. Pasta dishes have included 24-hour beef shin ragu, with fresh pappardelle and strawberry and vanilla tart. Sister restaurant Orasay is offering a similar service in west London.
