Barenia Eau De Parfum

£137 | Hermès

Eight years in the making, this new scent from Hermès was worth the wait. It’s not something I’d normally reach for – a floral with patchouli and berries – but it’s very fresh with a hint of warming oakwood. It’s reminiscent of a rum cocktail, with a sophisticated dry down that really lingers. Ideal for this time of year or those wanting something a bit different.

Recovery Mask

£35 | Kerasilk

If your hair is looking knackered post-summer, try this buttery mask which is proven to minimise breakage by 97% – and yes, I’ve seen the difference. Full of hyaluronic acid and kerasilk’s strengthening technology, it adds moisture and volume, while also boosting shine and silkiness. Massage into damp hair and rinse off after ten minutes to reveal healthier, fresher-looking hair.

Skin Nova Complexion Balm

£34 | Vieve

Full coverage but still fresh-looking, I am obsessed with this new foundation. It is suitable for all skin types – especially those with dryness – thanks to big-time hydration hitters like polyglutamic acid, niacinamide and collagen. It delivers my preferred level of coverage – too much for gatherings at home but more than enough for the office or events. It applies so smoothly and lasts well without any chalky, powdery feel that I often associate with these types of foundations. This will definitely become a repeat buy – it’s one of the few that can all but eliminate my dark circles.

Crème De You

£45 | Glossier

Complete with Glossier’s beloved, musky ‘You’ scent, this new body crème is far more luxe than I anticipated. Its texture is velvety-smooth, easy to apply and quick to absorb. Shea butter and jojoba oil give the butter a rich, nourishing feel but with zero stickiness whatsoever. The fragrance lasts too – if you’re yet to experience the original ‘You’ fragrance, it’s a gentle, modern musk with a creamy, comforting dry down.  As body creams go, it’s not cheap, but you do get a lot of product in this weighty tub.

Clean As A Whistle Scalp Scrub

Larry King

I love a good, gritty scalp scrub and Larry King’s is my current go-to. Pink Himalayan salts, citric acid and coconut oil combine to remove dead skin cells and flakes and improve the overall health of the scalp. Afterwards, I also notice my hair has better lift and bounce at the root. It feels lighter. As well as exfoliating, it also rebalances the scalp – ideal if you’re prone to dryness as the fermented ingredients encourage a stronger, healthier microbiome.

Living Cleansing Balm

£38 | Then I Met You

This Korean brand has been a godsend for my sensitive, dry skin. Containing gentle but nourishing ingredients, all its formulas work hard to reset unbalanced skin. I love this cleansing balm. Just a pea-sized amount dissolves all traces of make-up, dirt and excess oiliness with vitamin E, rosemary extracts, fatty acids and vitamin E. Comfortable and soft, it never irritates the eyes either – my skin always looks and feels fresher once I’ve used this.

C-Tetra® Serum

£39 | Medik8

I swear by vitamin C serums and few rival this one from Medik8. It has a visible impact on my pigmentation and uneven texture – all while boosting brightness, glow and antioxidant protection. Lightweight and never sticky, it layers nicely with other products in my routine too. Even better, it uses tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate (stabilised vitamin C) for maximum efficacy and at a manageable 7% potency – so skin never becomes inflamed or irritated. It’s perfect for those looking for an entry-level vitamin C serum.

Exagger-Eyes Volume Mascara

£28 | Charlotte Tilbury

Nothing excites me quite like a new mascara and I can confirm that Charlotte Tilbury’s latest launch is worth the hype. The curved wand is full of densely bristled brushes, each of which hug every single lash – even your shortest ones – and separate them for  better length and definition. There’s no stickiness or smudging either, which is something I struggled with using the brand’s Pillow Talk Push Up Lashes! formula.

Soulgazer Intensifying Gel Eyeliner

£20 | Kosas

Available in every colour under the sun – think brown, blue, lilac, green and aubergine – these fun, gel liners offer lasting pigment. They’re easy to work with too because the creamy, pigmented formulas that glide and on like butter. The super fine tip means they deposit the colour exactly where you want it for instant results. Easy to manoeuvre, simply use your finger or a brush to smudge it in if you want a finish that’s even softer – just be quick; once these set, they will stay in place for hours.

Perfect Hair Day™ High-Shine Gloss

£30 | Living Proof

Being blonde, I often find gloss treatments disappointing. Living Proof’s, however, has really impressed me. Working in five minutes, you apply it to damp hair, post-conditioner. I really drench my hair with it, letting it sit before rinsing it out. As it’s silicone-free, it doesn’t weigh my fine hair down – in fact, I’ve noticed better body and bounce since using this, while the optical brighteners give strands a glossy sheen. I call it healthy hair in a tube.

Sculpta

£499 | Déesse Pro

At £499, there’s no denying this is an investment, but if you’re serious about tightening, firming and visibly lifting your complexion, it really is worth it. With double the strength of similar tools on the market, it uses red light therapy to boost your collagen levels for better bounce and fewer fine lines; radiofrequency to heat your skin and prompt tightening; and electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) to strengthen muscles that are deep down in your face for a tauter appearance. I use it alongside any serum or gel-based moisturiser I have to give it a bit of slip as I glide it over my face. You need to use it regularly – at least three times a week – but expect to see results within weeks.
