The standard online return policy allows customers to return unwanted items within 30 days of receipt. Returns are free of charge. You can register your return online through the returns portal to generate a prepaid Royal Mail shipping label. Alternatively, online purchases can be returned in person to any standalone Goldsmiths showroom in the UK. All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and packaged in their original box with all protective wrappers, security tags, and official warranty certificates intact. For health and hygiene reasons, pierced earrings are excluded from returns. Customized, engraved, or pre-resized items are also non-returnable.
