Ingredients
500g black tiger prawns
400ml Essential Waitrose Coconut Milk
1 tablespoon Thai Taste Southern Yellow Curry Paste
1/4 lime
1 pak choi
1 red chilli, sliced
Coriander
Spring onions
Method
Step 1
Peel prawns.
Step 2
Add a heaped tbsp of curry paste to a frying pan.
Step 3
A heaped tbsp of coconut milk.
Step 4
Add the pak choi.
Step 5
Line the pan with prawns.
Step 6
Pour in liquid from coconut milk.
Step 7
Finish with soy sauce.
Step 8
Cook on high heat for five mins.
Step 9
Serve with coriander, chilli & spring onions.
