Ingredients
1 slice of sourdough
1 Clarence Court egg
50g of Spanish Chorizo
5 sprigs of sage
Pesto
Method
Step 1

Chop the chorizo.

Step 2

Add to a frying pan.

Step 3

Cook until crisp.

Step 4

Put on top of toasted bread.

Step 5

Fry an egg in the chorizo oil.

Step 6

Add sage leaves.

Step 7

Place on bread.

Step 8

Finish with pesto.
