Starting on 1st December, the 24-day plan is Lottie’s version of an advent calendar – each day, you’ll be given a short workout, ranging from ten to 35 minutes, including classical flows, slow burns, and upper and lower body-focused routines, as well as mindfulness and calming flows. The daily classes have been specially designed by Lottie to help you feel good in mind and body as you move through the festive period – and you’ll also receive daily motivational emails as well as community support via the LMP chat function.
It's Not Just Virtual
Lottie’s online community extends off the mat, too, with a host of retreats and workshops lined up for this year and beyond.
