- First, register your interest. The New Homes team will meet you in person to view your property and run through the service, as well as answer any questions you might have.
- Veeve will schedule its professional photographer to visit your home whenever works for you and capture your property in the best possible light.
- A member of the team will visit the property to ensure it’s guest ready. They will also document all property information for the listing to create a bespoke home manual for guests.
- Once the account is set up, you’ll be assigned an account manager who will ensure your home is ready to list. They’ll also explain how everything works.
- Once Veeve receives your approval on the listing and availability has been added, they will publish the home on its website and the main booking sites, while also promoting your home via Veeve’s own marketing activity.
