If I could pick only one place to shop for the rest of my life it would be Soho in London. I've recently just fallen back in love with it because I've been spending a lot more time working there. I love the mix of high and low brands, as well as multi-brand stores like Machine-A. There’s always a pop-up happening – and I just stumbled upon a sample sale for The Attico the other day.

The most unique shop in London is KoibirdI love that it has themes that change every couple of years – all the layouts and visuals of the store shift; it’s so visually stimulating. I always get my phone out whenever I walk in. It almost feels like an exhibition as well as a shop. Plus, I love the nutrition café.

For the most unique shopping experience I go to Milan. Antonia, the concept store, is both striking to look at with its brutalist interiors and it stocks some great brands like The Row and Khaite. Casa Di Vincenzo in Naples is also a lovely boutique to shop in.

The best place for independent stores is Benelux. I did a big trip around the region with my business partner last year and we found some gems – SMETS in Brussels and Princess in Antwerp are both brilliant if you enjoy discovering new brands.

The coolest boutique is A’maree’s in Newport Beach, California. It's breathtaking. The curation – it carries everything from big brands to fine jewellery – is exceptional. I always do some serious damage in there.

I was blown away by Galeries Lafayette in Doha. It is hands down the best department store I’ve ever been inside. The drive there is something in itself – so opulent. I also love Harvey Nichols and Bloomingdale’s in Kuwait – the shopping experience is fab, and the edit is great. They’ve both launched some amazing brands in the region. I went to a fantastic Clio Peppiatt in-store event in Kuwait. People have a perception that the market is more focused on evening wear and whilst there is a lot of that there, the emerging brands are also so exciting. CHATS by C.Dam is a brand I saw a lot over there.

My go-to brand right now is WoeraIt’s a Greek fashion brand and it knows how to create the perfect island uniform. It's mainly cotton-based products with some silk pieces as well. There are great matching shorts and shirts, and pyjama sets as well. I love the oversized shirts with double cuffs as I can wear them in so many ways. It’s all handmade in Greece and the craftsmanship is great. Ette is another brand I’m loving at the moment.

If I could only wear one denim brand for the rest of my life it would be LA-based EB Denim. I love the silhouettes, and the fit and quality are amazing. I love how easily they transition from day to night too.

I don't shop vintage as much as I did in my 20s. But I do still buy pre-loved bags from resale sites like Reluxe. I recently got a classic brown Fendi baguette. I also still really enjoy shopping for vintage furniture on Scene by Chloe.

Beckenham Place Park is a HIDDEN GEM. It’s local to where I live, and I love going to the farmer's market at the weekend.

The best place for people watching is Paris. Café Charlot is one of my favourite spots as it’s so buzzy and vibey – but anywhere in the city where you’re able to sit outside works.

The best restaurant in London is Donia. Every dish is ten out of ten. It's in Kingly Court but don’t let that put you off. Agora in Borough Market would be my next choice. It’s Greek and the dips are especially delicious. I went with a group of friends, and we demolished everything on the menu.

Beckenham Place Park is a hidden gem. It’s local to where I live, and I love going to the farmer's market at the weekend. They also have live music now the weather is getting nicer. It's lovely to feel closer to nature and do something more relaxing.
