Erdem

Erdem

As ever, Erdem brought a rich, romantic sensibility to the runway – but this season, there was a distinct edge to the collection. An ode to femininity, it included the expected florals, lace and flowing fabrics but it was the unexpected boldness that made it stand out. Dramatic ruffles and oversized sleeves played with volume, while sharp tailoring and modern colour pops gave the looks a contemporary twist.

Emilia Wickstead

This collection was where sophistication met playful edge. Leaning into feminine silhouettes with a modern spin, we saw sharp pleats, asymmetrical hems and unexpected colour combinations that brought fresh energy to the designer’s signature elegance. The runway was awash with pastel shades and soft floral prints contrasted with shaper geometric checks; it was refined with a youthful vibe that felt totally of the moment.

Simone Rocha

Simone Rocha’s SS26 collection was a cool mix of romanticism and sharp, modern details. Delicate lace, voluminous silhouettes and intricate embellishments contrasted with bold, structured pieces – think soft pastels with unexpected black accents – while layers of tulle and silk created a sense of drama. It was a collection that played with the boundaries of femininity – edgy, bold and unmistakably Rocha.

Nanushka

At Nanushka, Sandra Sándor wove together soft linens, organic textures and animal-etched prints, anchored by sharp leather separates that have become her signature. Trench coats and bomber jackets in buttery vegan leather nodded to tradition – but felt right for the contemporary mood. The colour palette played with dusk pinks, olives and champagnes, with geometric cut-outs punctuating the collection.

Marques ' Almeida

This collection was a bold mix of raw, deconstructed denim, signature oversized silhouettes and sculptural details. Colour accents and sharp tailoring added depth, while the rawness of the fabrics gave the whole show a laidback, London edge. A demonstration of the brand’s unique ability to fuse high-fashion drama with a street-smart sensibility.

Burberry

Burberry

Burberry brought the cool crowd to Kensington Gardens for its SS26 show and under Daniel Lee’s creative direction, the vibe was very much festival meets fashion – think boho-coded outerwear, breezy dresses, and oversized coats with a lived-in edge. The mood was relaxed yet elevated, with a colour palette that nodded to nature and silhouettes that were made for a summer. As always, the celebrity count didn’t disappoint – Sir Elton John, Raye and Olivia Dean were just a few of the A-listers to grace the front row. With live music, open skies and effortless styling, this was Burberry doing what it does best – redefining British cool.

Tove

Tove’s SS26 collection was a masterclass in understated elegance. Staying true to its signature minimalist aesthetic, the brand delivered fluid silhouettes, barely-there colours and even head-to-toe fringing. Subtle draping, sheer layers and lightweight tailoring gave the collection a breezy feel. It was quiet luxury with a cool London stamp.
