Double Breasted Trench Coat, £180 | COS
This is the time of year when trench coats start to come into their own – they’re lightweight, but substantial enough to give you an extra layer. This one from Cos is the perfect oversized shape and I love that the navy colour is something a little different – it’ll make every outfit look completely pulled together.

Recycled-Cashmere Blend Ribbed Fishtail Dress, £425 | Raey
I rely on knitted dresses a lot in the autumn, as they’re so easy to throw on with boots or pumps for daytime or evening. Plus, they’ll transition seamlessly into winter.

Blade Square-Toe Leather Slingback Pumps, £755 | Saint Laurent
These are high on my new-season wish list – a classic slingback pump looks so good with jeans or a smart trouser, and the shiny toe cap on this pair makes them modern.

Julie Trouser, £205 | Filippa K
Every woman needs a good pair of black trousers in her autumn/winter wardrobe, and these are just the right shape – fluid but not too wide, with a high waist to elongate your legs.

Ribbed Midi Dress, £49.99 | Mango
Another knitted dress I love, this one is a bit more affordable. The ribbed fabric and cream shade are so chic.

Wide Braided Leather Belt, £310 | Totême
Never underestimate the power of a cool belt – the braided leather feels a little more exciting than your average, but as it’s black, it’ll still go with everything.

Striped Cotton Jumper, £69 | Arket
You can’t beat a striped knit. This one is so effortless and timeless, but I love how the collar gives it a more contemporary feel.
Available here
Split Hem Leggings, £49.99 | Mango
Split hem trousers are back for another year. Comfortable, yet still smart, the slit looks amazing with both heels and trainers, so you’ll get plenty of wear from them.

Square Link 14kt White-Gold Necklace, £8,225 | Lauren Rubinski
Historically, I’ve always liked gold, but I’m really into silver jewellery right now. Lauren Rubinski is one of my favourite designers and this necklace strikes the perfect balance between bold and simple – wear it with absolutely everything.

Maria Off-The-Shoulder Ribbed Knit Sweater, £860 | Khaite
The updated version of the sweetheart neckline top Khaite produced last year, this is so elegant and can be easily styled with jeans and boots. Alternatively, dress it up with a skirt and heels.

Slouchy Banana Small Crossbody Bag, £1,600 | The Row
This bag is such a favourite of mine. Effortless, chic and practical, if you’re looking to invest in something new, I couldn’t recommend it more.

Lace-Up Sneakers, £320 | Acne Studios
Dad trainers are still big news, but these look a bit cooler than the classic running style. Perfect for off-duty weekends.

Cotton Poplin Shirt, £59.95 | Massimo Dutti
This really reminds me of a blue shirt by The Row, only far more budget-friendly! It’s such a cool shade of shade of blue – dress it down with jeans or wear it to the office with tailored trousers.
Available here
Country Jacket, £600 | Totême
I fell in love with this jacket the moment I saw it. It’s the details that really set it apart, from the corduroy to the boxy fit and even the specific shade of green. It’s country inspired, but I’ll be wearing it in the city with tailored trousers and a white shirt.
