#1: Glossier Body Hero Shower Oil

This is my number one shower product and the only body wash I’ve used for years now. Aesthetics aside, it has a beautiful scent that stays on the skin for hours, while the luxe texture keeps my body hydrated. I’m probably on my 20th bottle now.

#2: The Body Shop Skin Sponge

This is the best for removing fake tan and gently exfoliating the skin. It works so well and is very affordable – plus, you’ll find it lasts you for years. I use it in conjunction with the Glossier Shower Oil to thoroughly cleanse the skin.

#3: Ouai Scalp & Body Scrub

I use this on my scalp every few weeks. It works well to boost bounce and keep any product build-up away from my scalp. It’s gritty and heavy duty to get the job done, but never too abrasive or harsh.

#4: L’Oréal 8-Second Wonder Water

Yes, you’ve seen it everywhere, but it’s a cult product for good reason. Nothing has worked better to instantly soften and smooth my hair. It gives my hair great shine too which I often find hard to achieve.

#5: Neal’s Yard Lavender Essential Oil

These essential oils are always nearby in my bathroom. I use a few drops on my feet and pulse points before stepping into a steamy hot shower. It’s the most relaxing ritual after a long day, and it makes your entire bathroom smell like a spa for hours. Bliss.

#1: EcoTools Bristle Bath Brush

A good dry brush will always have its place in my shower. I like to give myself a proper scrub before stepping into the water. This one is great – thanks to the lengthy handle it covers a wide surface area at speed. It’s brilliant if you haven’t got the time for an exfoliating cream and just want to quickly rid your skin of dead cells or dry, flaky patches.

#2: Elemis Frangipani Monoi Body Oil

If I really want to treat myself before bed, I’ll apply this silky oil from Elemis. It’s the most sensual experience and keeps my limbs so smooth and glossy throughout the night. I am a sucker for a nice smelling product before I hit the pillow. It really helps me to fall asleep – especially this monoi infused fragrance which is hugely comforting. But the best bit? The product solidifies in cooler temperatures, so you get to warm it up in a sink of water, wait for it to liquify, then apply it to your skin while it’s warm. It’s hard to explain, but it’s the most satisfying feeling.

#3: Estrid Peach Razor

It’s hard to find razors that are appealing but this brand ticks all the boxes. I love the blades on them and they have a vegan, lubricated strip which glides against the skin seamlessly, never leaving your limbs dry or stripped of moisture. Thanks to the fun colours, they also look really cute in your bathroom or by your shower.

#4: Neal’s Yard Shower Oil in Wild Rose

Every now and then I’ll treat myself to a longer, therapeutic shower. When I do, this is my go-to oil. It smells so good, fills the room with a gorgeous rose scent and leaves me feeling like I’ve spent the day at a spa. Plus, my skin is always silky soft post-use. A huge winner all round.

#5: Sol de Janeiro Bum Bum Body Scrub

If I could pick only one body scrub, it would be this one from Sol de Janeiro. The sunny scent transports me to a warmer climate and it’s highly addictive on the skin. I like to use it post-shave as it leaves my limbs feeling much smoother, as well as looking more even in tone.

#1: Kerastase Bain Ultra-Violet Shampoo

This is never not in my shower. It has a firm place there as, in my opinion, it’s the best blonde shampoo on the market. In fact, the entire ‘Blond Absolu’ line is brilliant for keeping your hair non-brassy in between colour appointments. Take my word for it, if you’re a blonde, investing in these products is a no-brainer.

#2: SachaJuan Hair Repair

SachaJuan’s Hair Repair works brilliantly as a hair mask, or if you’re feeling like your hair needs some extra hydration. SachaJuan always nails its products, which are so effective and leave my strands with just the right amount of body and silkiness – especially after heat styling.

#3: Aromatherapy Associates Revive Morning Massage & Body Oil

These silky shower washes feel like the biggest luxury. Every time I use one, it feels like I’ve got a little mini spa in my bathroom. The oils are brilliant to use in your shower or tub as the aromas instantly lift you up and relax your senses. As for the formula itself, it’s rich and nourishing so skin feels softer immediately post-use.

#4: Elemis Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm

Another ‘can’t live without’, this will be in my regime forever. I actually leave it in the shower or by my bathroom sink so that at the end of the day I can quickly remove my make-up and cleanse my skin. Sometimes I leave a good layer on as a mini mask. I’ll do this before cleansing my skin and before applying my night-time products as it just adds an extra layer of hydration that my complexion often needs.

#1: Dermalogica Microfoliant

This always has a place in my shower. It’s my favourite morning cleanser as it removes dead skin cells and leaves my complexion feeling silky smooth. You have to mix the powder with water, hence why I always like using it first thing as I wash. Nothing works as well to boost glow and give a deep, thorough clean.

#2: Neal’s Yard Remedies Bee Lovely Shower Gel

I always seek out products that are gentle on my skin, like this one from Neal’s Yard. It has actual honey inside which not only smells good but nourishes the skin really well. I also love that 3% of each sale benefits charities that help protect our precious bees.

#3: Maria Nila Heal Shampoo + Conditioner

There are heaps of good haircare buys, but I always come back to these products. Both are brilliant for my hair and scalp. In fact, the entire range is a must-have for me as my hair is fine and dry. These two hydrate and soften without ever weighing down my natural waves. I can’t recommend them enough.

#1: Aveda Botanical Repair Masque

I often describe my hair as like barbed wire, so I swear by this. Designed to target knotty, frizzy hair, it works when applied to wet hair. When you get out of the shower, your hair is not only detangled, but more manageable and easier to style and play with. Full of plant-derived ingredients and softening butters, it strengthens your hair while smoothing it. A total life-saver.

#2: Clinique Sparkle Skin Body Exfoliating Cream

Gritty exfoliators don’t get much better than this. Doubling up as a cream, it targets several issues in one go. Apply it to your skin while it’s wet and warm – the formula absorbs best like this. The rich texture will get to work breaking down dull, dead skin cells. When you rinse it away, your limbs are brighter in tone and softer in texture. It’s also great for prepping the skin for any self-tan.

#3: Origins GinZing Refreshing Scrub Cleanser

Another two-in-one, this gentle scrub cleanser benefits from coffee beans to remove any surface dirt or bacteria swiftly. The added jojoba and carnauba wax prevent your pores from becoming too clogged up, so you never have to worry about sporadic breakouts. I always keep it in my shower for a quick, speedy cleanse. The brightening results are second to none – essential if you’re fed up of dullness.

#4: Jo Malone Shower Oil in Myrrh & Tonka

Nothing is more luxurious than a shower oil, and this one from Jo Malone is my go-to. Rich and heady, the scent stays on your skin for hours after you’ve washed it off. The smell also fills your bathroom up for an extra hit of indulgence. It’s an investment, but a worthy one given how potent it is and how long it lasts. Extra points for the oily, silky texture that locks in moisture for days.
