Mango Smoothie
Serves: 1
Time: 5 Minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 120g of chopped banana
- 120g of mango
- 1 tsp of turmeric
- 100ml of orange juice
- 100ml of milk
- Handful of ice
METHOD
- Pour all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
Tropical Smoothie Bowl
Serves: 1
Time: 5 Minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 120g of frozen mango
- 120g of frozen pineapple
- 200ml of milk
- 1 tsp of turmeric
METHOD
- Pour all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until you have a smooth texture, stirring a few times in between pulses.
- Top with your fruit of choice.
Chocolate Breakfast Smoothie
Serves: 1

INGREDIENTS
- Half a frozen banana
- 1 tbsp of nut butter
- 35g of oats
- 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 of an avocado
- 175ml of milk
METHOD
- Pour all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.

- 120g of frozen mango
- 50g of spinach
- 200ml of coconut water
- 1 tsp of chia seeds
- 1 tsp of matcha powder

Very Berry Protein Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
- 250g of frozen berries
- 2 tbsp of chia seeds
- 60g of vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 250ml of milk
