REFY has free standard UK delivery on orders over £40. Orders under £40 have a standard shipping charge of £3.99. Deliveries are shipped via tracked courier services and generally arrive within 2 to 4 working days.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Due to hygiene rules, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact to qualify for a refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the items are faulty.
