Does NET-A-PORTER offer price matching?
The retailer does not match prices from other retailers. However, if an item you purchase at full price is reduced in a NET-A-PORTER sale within seven days of your order, you can request a price adjustment for the difference.
Are the products authentic?
Yes. NET-A-PORTER is an authorised stockist for all the brands listed on its website. Items are sourced directly from the designers.
Is there a student discount?
Students can get a 10% discount on full-priced items. This requires verification through UNiDAYS to generate a unique code. Specific high-end brands and fine jewellery are usually excluded from this promotion.
Does NET-A-PORTER run seasonal sales?
The retailer holds two main seasonal sales each year, starting in June and late December. Discounts begin at around 30% and drop further as the clearance progresses.

Sign up for the newsletter: Registering your email address provides a 10% discount code for your first purchase. This applies to full-priced items only and brand exclusions apply.
Use the app discount: Downloading the NET-A-PORTER mobile app usually unlocks a 10% promotional code valid on your first in-app order.
Trade in old designer items: NET-A-PORTER runs a resale service powered by Reflaunt. Customers can sell pre-owned designer bags and clothing. If you opt to receive the payment as store credit rather than a bank transfer, an extra 10% is added to the value.
Check your rewards tier: Frequent shoppers are automatically enrolled in NET-A-PORTER Rewards. Tiers are based on annual spend. Higher tiers, such as the EIP (Extremely Important Person) level, receive benefits like free express shipping and early access to sales.
Use Klarna for expensive purchases: At checkout, UK residents can select Klarna to split the total cost of their order into three interest-free monthly instalments.
How to use your discount codes
- Follow these steps to apply a voucher to your NET-A-PORTER order
- Add your chosen items to your shopping bag.
- Click the bag icon to view your order summary.
- Proceed to checkout and sign in to your account.
- Enter your delivery address and choose a shipping method.
- On the payment page, find the box marked "Add a promo code".
- Type the code into the box and click "Apply".
