Delivery and returns
JLR London offers free standard UK delivery on orders over £80. For orders below this amount, a standard delivery charge applies. Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days, though personalised items may take an extra 24 to 48 hours to prepare before dispatch. Next-day delivery options are also available at checkout for an additional fee.
Unpersonalised items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. The items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. The customer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

No. All JLR London products are made from high-quality, 100% vegan leather.
Can I return a monogrammed bag?
No. Because personalised items are custom-made to order, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing fault.
Can I purchase bag straps separately?
Yes. JLR London sells a wide selection of detachable webbing and vegan leather straps separately, allowing you to swap styles on any bag with detachable hardware.
Why isn't my voucher code working?
