The new site marks the next chapter for the restaurant, with an evolved menu, a new cocktail list and interiors curated and designed in collaboration with designer Faye Toogood, whose practice moves between art, interiors and sculpture. At Spitalfields, this approach plays out in a dining room shaped as much by surface and material as by layout. Textiles and illustrated motifs sit alongside metal, timber and tiled finishes, with hand-drawn elements on the walls and candlelight brightening the space.
