HOW IT WORKS

  • The Velvetiser heats up chocolate flakes until the cocoa butter and solids have melted, before being whisked and folded into a smooth consistency – all in just two-and-a-half minutes.

  • To make a chilled chocolate drink, just pour your heated chocolate mixture over milk which has been chilled over ice.

  • To make it boozy, just add a shot of salted caramel vodka or chocolate cream liqueur.

  • And to create a shake, add a small scoop of ice-cream to your glass of iced milk.

1 x Hotel Chocolat sachet of your choice
225ml of oat milk
6-8 ice cubes
Method
Step 1

Pour 100ml of milk over ice in a tall glass. Leave to chill.

Step 2

Add your single-serve flakes and 125ml of milk to the Velvetiser, so it just covers the whisk. Press the button.

Step 3

When your warm milk is Velvetised, pour it over the chilled milk and let it mingle. Serve.

Splash of cold milk
Ice
200ml of milk
25ml of salted caramel vodka
70% Classic sachet
Orange segments, to garnish
Method
Step 1

Add the milk, salted caramel vodka and 70% Classic sachet into the Velvetiser. Press the button and wait 2½ minutes.

Step 2

Pour half a glass of milk to a glass of ice to chill.

Step 3

Once the Velvetiser finished, pour the contents into your glass.

Step 4

Add the orange garnish and serve.

Step 1

Pour 100ml of milk into a glass with 6-8 ice cubes until chilled.

Step 2

Add 120ml of milk into the Velvetiser. Add the hazelnut latte flakes and press the button.

Step 3

Pour the Velvitiser mix over the cold milk and serve.
