Breaducation

Kitty Tait – the young baker and food writer behind Orange Bakery in Watlington – has joined forces with charity Chefs in Schools to get ‘Breaducation’ on the timetable. Kitty recently launched a simple ‘no-knead’ bread kit to help adults and kids create bread, pizza dough and other baked goods. Anyone can buy the kits, but they will be free of charge to schools, prisons and community groups. Kitty has already donated 1,300 kits and hopes to reach her target of 10,000 by the end of the year. Purchase the kits online or donate to the crowdfunding page to help Kitty reach her target.
