Storm Swimmer by Clare Weze
Clare Weze’s debut fiction Storm Catcher became an instant hit with teens. Her new release is an exciting story about mermaids, magic and the power of friendship. Summer was supposed to be Ginika's time for fun, friends and fairs. But instead, she's been sent to live at the dead-end seaside boarding house her grandparents run. Feeling bored and isolated, she meets Peri one day. He leaps and dives through the water like a dolphin and he talks like a burst of bubbles. He's not exactly a mermaid, but he's definitely something Ginika's never seen before. His family is far away too, but unlike Ginika, he loves his independence. But when the lights and noise of the human world start to change Peri, everything spins out of control…

Zog Live
One of Julia Donaldson’s best children’s stories is being brought to life on the stage with a nation-wide tour kicking off over February half term. Large in size and keen in nature, Zog is eager to win a golden star at Madam Dragon’s school, where dragons learn all the things that dragons need to know, like flying, fire breathing and catching princesses. Zog tries very hard, perhaps too hard, and he bumps, burns and roars his way through years one, two and three. Luckily, the plucky Princess Pearl patches him up ready to face his biggest challenge yet – a duel with knight Sir Gadabout the Great! Tickets start from £14.50.
